Welcome to another episode of On the Center. I am the Frenchizzy. Thank you for tuning in. This is your boy.
Speaker 3:LT.
Speaker 1:Wait, so hold on quick question. When you say your boy LT, like you was clear.
Speaker 3:It's your boy, why, every time you get to me, you got to talk.
Speaker 4:He's the only bread before the show starts.
Speaker 1:It's your boy, lt, and I'm Matrix. Well, today we have the man, the man with the plan. I know we get these locks from, but you all know him. We have the boy Reginald, the real Reggie, the real Reggie. I know this other boy, he's called Reggie, but we have the real Reggie here, reggie Knowles. Mr Sand was extraordinary. So, man, tell us about your fly career. Just a little touch. You know you're a celebrity. Give us a little piece.
Speaker 5:No, homo, I know celebrity. Yeah, boy, you're a celebrity Everybody know Reggie. You know Reggie Pulling scene, not you Abaco, but I I've been playing football For about At least About 15 years Dang. I started with the John Bridgetts. I had a good chance to play with at least two of the guys inside this room.
Speaker 6:L3 was scared of contact. L3 was scared of contact.
Speaker 5:You think he'd have made it.
Speaker 1:He didn't fight him too much. Yeah, I think so, when he was at Amby ramen and jam it there was still a way to do it. He didn't fight too much. Yeah, I think so.
Speaker 3:When he was at Ambi ramen and jamit, there was still what to do. Reggie, I have to say what you think I would have made it when I ask for it.
Speaker 5:I don't think so.
Speaker 3:No, no, I'm being real, I get it no bias, no, nothing when I ask for it.
Speaker 5:Yeah that With Osgoode. No.
Speaker 3:So I'm being, I'm being. I blame you, man, yeah you.
Speaker 4:It ain't only for the fighting. No, but we ain't talking about the fighting, Marcus.
Speaker 5:Listen to me. I'm being I'm being biased and I'm being disrespectful. That's just the level that we were at that point in time, when all us players won, you'd have. Probably so, and it's just because of seniority and the type of play that other guys bought Talent-wise, talent-wise, talent-wise. We're into the bottom of the food chain. No, we're in like that. That's what they're trying to tell you.
Speaker 1:Wow, you had to learn the game, yeah, and then all of us came up together.
Speaker 4:We came up together, we knew each other.
Speaker 3:It's not like y'all have this brotherhood. Keisha and I have this sisterhood.
Speaker 4:But it worked for us. That's the only difference here. It worked for us, so you said it Anyhow yeah. Whatever you want, that's fine. Don't get blocked again.
Speaker 1:I mention you, Keisha. He bring you up.
Speaker 3:That's my rider. So you get unblocked again. I was never, never blocked. That's my friend.
Speaker 1:I like Keisha but okay, reggie, finish man. This is all here.
Speaker 5:But yeah, I've been. I played American football when we got contact. I've been. I played there for like about 7, 8 years, was able to win two championships with the Jets. The two championships we didn't get cheated out you know that's about to be a problem and I can see it, I can see it, I can take it.
Speaker 4:That move from tackle to flag now is just a different handler.
Speaker 5:It's just a different handler. He shouldn't speak on that. So much Transitioning into flag he came into the league playing for Lemon. To me it was one of the best quarterbacks at that point in time, lemon had an arm. It was the Warriors for a second oh yeah, and the thing about it is, lemon had some of the best receivers at that point in time.
Speaker 3:He could throw a ball. It'd be hard though. No no, no, no, did he? No, did he Wait, wait, wait wait, thanks.
Speaker 5:Thanks for that report situation yeah, but um. Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 6:How do you know?
Speaker 4:you're going to throw a ball out there. You're no receiver, You're no cornerback on TV, Like how do you know you're going to throw the ball out?
Speaker 3:Listen you can't help me by myself. I realize you just like me. It's too boring. I see the love you give me before I can say it, I can tell, I can tell, I can tell. But continue, brother, continue.
Speaker 5:Yeah, I try not to make eye contact Because.
Speaker 1:I know if.
Speaker 5:I look at you, it's going to be a problem.
Speaker 1:Sorry, I apologize, but continue yeah.
Speaker 5:That's a conversation that needs to be had. When it comes to, if we ever reach the point where we do a Hall of Fame type situation To me, lemon is one of those individuals I think deserves to be up there in a quarterback position. I agree, yeah, the likes of me. Gavin Pats, rocket, all those players, all us.
Speaker 5:And that was our first year coming from conduct, not knowing the flag rules or not knowing anything, rocket All those players, all us and that was our first year coming from Gondark Not knowing the flag rules or not knowing anything. So you should know how to go and you played tight. End that time right Tight end receiver. No, I came in as receiver. Okay, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4:At that point in time, it just was receiver.
Speaker 5:He still was receiver. A lot of people in this league right now don't even know I played receiver first, then died end and then they don't know I used to play receiver and, by the way, this ain't no lotion type situation. Majox was one of our good receivers that came on us.
Speaker 1:No Diddy it can't be harder than he's throw some balls. It can't be wasted. So whatever said no did for the no Diddy, cause he already take the cake for the episode.
Speaker 3:Hey, diddy, beat the case, man, you're a.
Speaker 4:Kiyokume boy of life man, johnson Johnson baby.
Speaker 1:I'm saying it's going up up. You know what's going on no publicity.
Speaker 4:Johnson Johnson's gear cancer though. So Reggie question it.
Speaker 3:Those three positions that you played, which one you prefer or which one you enjoy playing more?
Speaker 5:Starting out. Starting out was I'll always be a pure receiver With my craft. I learned footwork, I learned route running and everything else, but honestly, I had more fun playing.
Speaker 3:D-line that's my boy, the reason I have more fun playing D-line that's my boy. That's what I was hoping you'd say from the beginning.
Speaker 5:But the reason I have more fun playing D-line is because I had the knowledge of a receiver, Because you, knowing where the ball is going, the cadence of the quarterback, the way they motion, the way they move the running back and everything from you, know that you already know what's going on.
Speaker 1:And what I got out onto you too. I think a receiver having a skill set to know when to break down, as far as trying to get around the lineman break down to pull a receiver I mean a running back or receiver's flag or tackle.
Speaker 5:So I could see that that's a big key too, but I score more points as well. Tight end, though, but in that instance I had more fun on the defensive line.
Speaker 1:Yeah, because I'm thinking with the D-line too, you're only going to rely on your line blocking, you're only going to rely on the quarterback giving you the ball. So I could see that Shit need a second ice pair next to the quarterback. In any event, who?
Speaker 5:D-line, d-line, no, d-n. You got to make them play us.
Speaker 1:Deanne I really thought it was the left tackle. I thought it was always the left tackle.
Speaker 4:But I mean Chooks, Not for the Dolphins. Well, probably it is. That's probably why you always get injured.
Speaker 3:I see what's been happening on the show.
Speaker 6:I see what's happening.
Speaker 3:You watch football, of course, of course.
Speaker 5:You have a football team. I was born an Eagle.
Speaker 4:You can see the pain and heartache, he won a company.
Speaker 5:See, I don't know how it feels to be a Dolphin and lose as much as y'all yeah.
Speaker 3:I was there. Some people never win.
Speaker 5:Wow, wow.
Speaker 3:I get two. Wow, some people never win you got two, the I get two.
Speaker 1:Some people never win. You got two, the Dolphins got two, the Dolphins got two.
Speaker 4:My team that I pulled for got two, but you wasn't born with a name.
Speaker 1:Your team got two right, your team got six right, yeah, but you know, the funny part is how much you got. We got like five NFC chimneys, Okay.
Speaker 4:So you just as bad as him, because you ain't seen none.
Speaker 6:No, it don't matter. Someone had to tell you that is Fox. You understand what?
Speaker 4:I'm saying that is Fox. No, that is Fox. Okay, okay, you never saw. How do you know that's true?
Speaker 5:That's like a baby. Why do they take stats? That's like a baby telling you how to ride a bicycle.
Speaker 3:Why do they take stats For a record? So last year, when they say there's power ranking, why they use power last year? Were we talking about championships? No, I asked him the other question.
Speaker 5:Answer the question Statistically and historically.
Speaker 3:It stands, it stands, it do stands.
Speaker 1:You can't take away from that the question means you were not alive in a Dolphins 1 championship. No, I was not.
Speaker 3:I was not, but they won two.
Speaker 1:That's what I'm trying to say, but did they?
Speaker 4:won two oh wait. One, yeah, one, yeah one.
Speaker 1:Wow, and you don't clown my Vikings, no, I from 2000,. I think we were like maybe seven or eight playoff games.
Speaker 3:I don't do nothing for you, although you all always look good and then in the playoff wow wow, wow.
Speaker 5:So my question you was a Dolphin fan. Are you a Sox fan?
Speaker 3:No, I was a volleyball fan.
Speaker 5:Boy, that what a.
Speaker 4:Laker, Hold on. You use a yeah yeah Because you know.
Speaker 3:Yeah, don't see my funny.
Speaker 5:Because you know the best player ever All Dolphin fans.
Speaker 1:I know.
Speaker 4:Not ever, but he's a run-up. He's a run-up.
Speaker 1:So why are you getting him 11 on the top 100?
Speaker 3:Oh, up in 11. Top 100, yeah, that's what they give him and my books he's the Paul Rankin and Starks and all this. That's okay, that's theirs, though.
Speaker 4:Come on, bro, Now you can't switch when you want. You can't double down, Whoa whoa, whoa, Come on man, Come on now.
Speaker 1:I'm just there for the drinks y'all.
Speaker 3:If the league said Kobe Bryant is number 11, that's what the league's saying. By me watching him in my eyes, I consider him as the best Watching him in my eyes.
Speaker 5:I consider him as the best. Everybody have their opinion and you are.
Speaker 3:That's all I'm saying.
Speaker 5:Yeah, you have your opinion.
Speaker 1:I ain't saying all of him, but your opinion ain't me and shit To who?
Speaker 3:To everybody else. Clearly, the world I can.
Speaker 1:I can Fuck them is what I think how I feel, hey, but it's showing about you. You damn Lakers man.
Speaker 3:Continue my brother, let's go, y'all Just to run on my. So after that I went.
Speaker 5:I transitioned over to the Predators.
Speaker 1:Played for the Predators too.
Speaker 5:But you was bad as pity. Oh no, I actually won championships, so I could never be bad.
Speaker 3:Ooh, pity you, man what.
Speaker 5:I'm not saying that he ain't win championship, but if you be bad, you be good at it you gotta come on the show more often but pity is my boy. No, that's my brother, that's my boy but, I just. I just being honest, I mean, okay, yeah, I have. I have four championships and one national title.
Speaker 1:So what year you went to the Ravens?
Speaker 5:I never played with the Ravens. Never played with the Ravens. Okay, so after Predators, no, it was the Lions. No, actually, I get it wrong, it was the Warriors. It was then the Lions and then the.
Speaker 1:Predators. Okay, but yeah, you played with the Predators, if you can remember. I can't remember that.
Speaker 4:I never remember playing with the Predators. Yeah, he played one year with them.
Speaker 6:That's right.
Speaker 4:13 or so Played one year with them.
Speaker 5:So he played with the Predators and then, after that was, Alec was your quarterback with the Predators eh, yep, would you rank him out of all the quarterbacks out of?
Speaker 4:the league, yeah, fly.
Speaker 5:Alec to me, has top five position. Playing with Alec, I would give him three. I think because I play with him, I give him three. I think because I play with him, I'll give him top three. I'll give him the third. First of all, for me, like I say, lemon is probably my number one because of his knowledge, his hand-to-eye eye coordinations, what he did. My number two is Phil. I can't never go against Phil more Because playoff Phil to me, I can't never go against Phil Morn. That's the player who I feel to me. And number three to me would be Nale, and I've given up based on who I've played with what rank would you?
Speaker 6:give Naldo.
Speaker 5:You've never played with him. I've never played with.
Speaker 4:Naldo. But I've played opposite Naldo. Naldo had me out of my bed Five o'clock every morning getting prepared for season, and he came out there and shit the bed.
Speaker 1:Yeah, when he came he played Fox game.
Speaker 4:He was the. I mean. I mean, I mean you were in this right, I mean.
Speaker 3:Alex.
Speaker 6:Alex, that's when he went off.
Speaker 4:Yeah, Cool guy, cool guy cool guy.
Speaker 3:I'm trying to figure out.
Speaker 4:Yeah, he, that's when it went off. Cool guy, he tried to freak out. He ate my heart. I swear to you. I was in freaking lead the league in touchdowns for how he was practicing. Obviously everyone knows him. They know he wakes up too 5 o'clock in the morning, freaking 9 o'clock in the night.
Speaker 1:He does some turtle ball to Cav.
Speaker 4:His biggest problem was his biggest problem was he can't triple-team. He looking for Cavs no his biggest problem was he had to wait and see the receiver open versus anticipating when the receiver is open. Like I always tell him if a corner is even with me, I open.
Speaker 1:Like they say, if you're even, you're leaving.
Speaker 4:Yeah me, I open, like they say, if you even you leave it. Yeah, you understand what I'm saying Because you're in the way going after that. You know what I mean. At the end of the day, that's why I play receiver, you play corner.
Speaker 1:So you all realize right, he's a Dolphin fan. He didn't know the even. You leave it. Dolphins don't know football, see y'all up everybody's name. I'm in and out.
Speaker 3:Kev. I'm in and out. My mind's still on that.
Speaker 6:I'm in and out.
Speaker 2:My mind's still on that. See y'all play with them.
Speaker 1:I didn't play with them, so I just know them from a distance, how much time you fight them?
Speaker 3:though.
Speaker 1:We ain't talking about that With the Rabs and the Ravens fought.
Speaker 4:But I mean, but let's get to the point at hand, man. So, reggie, tell us why you're really here on Under Center.
Speaker 1:So I'm going to cut straight to the chase.
Speaker 5:I like it, dude, I like it.
Speaker 4:We get to the questions afterwards Because I get some dude. I like it. Yeah, I like it. We get to the questions afterwards. Yeah, because I get some heated questions.
Speaker 5:We have the seventh annual San Juan tournament coming up the end of this month, the 25th to the 27th.
Speaker 4:I felt like you all said the seventh last year.
Speaker 6:Time game.
Speaker 5:Five it might be, eight but, um, yeah, we, yes. Well, let's say seven slash eight, what seven? Because you know, keep in mind, we ain't really looking into covid and everything, yeah, so whatever. But the 25th to the 27th, this one is going to be big and, by the way, I have something to show you guys. You know, understand, I'm normally the first at everything.
Speaker 1:So oh, he bring the bag bag.
Speaker 4:Yep, let me get my wallet. Let me get my wallet, let me get my wallet. I need some shits. Where are the shits?
Speaker 5:So I'm going to be showing you guys Before I even start.
Speaker 1:I want to say last year y'all changed the game with them rings yeah. Last year them rings changed the game.
Speaker 5:I bought the white one also. This is last year's one and LT, I forget you.
Speaker 3:I hope you.
Speaker 5:But that's what I had here. So each one of you guys will be getting one.
Speaker 3:So this was the last year's one, you see, sheesh, don't try it on me, look at.
Speaker 4:You don't play no more.
Speaker 1:You need to put he need a ring. They changed the game for them, son. They changed the game for them.
Speaker 5:And this is what you guys are up to win this year.
Speaker 4:We'll, we'll, we'll, so we, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll, we'll. This is our independence edition. This boy there you go, buddy so there's some more.
Speaker 5:There's some more information that's going to be coming out from Zanwa's perspective. Another first for you guys on this, on this.
Speaker 4:I don't think you can see it, but anyhow it's close to get there.
Speaker 3:I love the color on that. I like what you're doing. So what we did is….
Speaker 4:We'll put it on you, for us, what we….
Speaker 5:If anybody knows about Sanwa, you know we strived on being different. Me, tito and Peter came together as a collective, me and Tito played for, like I say, the CFL, cafl, cafl. A collective um, me and tito played for, like I say, the cfl and caf. Yeah, I'm sorry, yeah, but I, I went to tito one day because at that point in time we were playing matrix. Call me, y'all know we are no insurance. No insurance, you ain't getting nothing in your pocket, you only have the love of the game.
Speaker 5:So for me, I always wanted scars after yep and and dislocated, dislocations that broken, whatever. But for me, I wanted to do something different. I wanted to be able to give, give them better feeling for the game or show the guys who love the game something different. So, um, I came up, I had the idea and I ran the teeter with the idea and me ran Tito with the idea. Me, tito and Peter came together and we decided, okay, let's have a beach, I mean, let's have a tournament. But then to me it was like, let's take this to another level.
Speaker 5:Everybody grew up playing football on the beach, so that was our initial thought of it, and we had a lot of sleepless nights, a lot of ill moments. At some point in time, friendships break it up and arguments and everything else, but they'll just make things better. So us doing this is our team giving the football world the stuff that we never got, because every time you play and you you're playing just for trophies you get a little smile and then you just walk into the sunset. No, with us, we wanted to give you money and rings and the body get bigger. The flag need to do that.
Speaker 4:Monday. We can get to that part. Give them a break, Get to that part, Get out of there. Though.
Speaker 3:Get to that part. Get to that part. Get to that part.
Speaker 5:That's what it was for us. We just wanted to give something to play for At the end of the day, just a trophy? Don't make sense A trophy that a coach probably could take. No, they didn't even know. You know, you realize that.
Speaker 3:Who else was taking the sponsor? You stand where somebody told you to stand. No, I think it was the Lions trophy. Sorry, somebody carried the trophy over to somebody mad. So you realize, even in the front shadow ball.
Speaker 4:He was in the studio.
Speaker 5:Back in the safe with the gun. But you know what's so funny? And this would cost us to really lean toward the rings for years playing in the BFFL and the CAFL. Every time you use the hill or we were in the championship we just get a ring. We never had no ring.
Speaker 4:I mean, unless you buy unless you buy your own.
Speaker 5:I don't think my shame, said that so for us it was like hold on, let's take this to the next level. We ain't letting them talk about rings. We giving you our rings. I done finished winning rings. I can't win no more rings, so now I can give them out. Now Makes sense. But that was our dream. That was our dream to give it back to the football community. So give it back to the football community, the stuff that we didn't know.
Speaker 1:So that's exactly what it was for us. So you ain't telling me where it is yet. I said, like the beach soccer stadium, where it's going to be at, what's the entry fee and all the information?
Speaker 5:Okay, so the entry fee is kids is going to be $5, $10 for adults. Okay, the 25th is the Friday we're going to be rolling out about what 7.30? Opening ceremony. We're going to be able to play about five games, five to seven Under the lights Under the lights and the lights. Is Waco there, son? Yeah, where we know.
Speaker 3:They always have that down back, though that was never a problem them they got that down.
Speaker 5:Dying under the lights, that's under the sun, because when all them turn on, it just look like day Fox. And then we come back Saturday about 8 o'clock and then that's where we run the real round robin. So we'll go from 8 to 8. Then we slide back on Sunday, and then everything will be between playoffs and championship after that. So how long are the games?
Speaker 1:20 minutes per game 10 minutes and a half. Another question who all teams are coming. I know on the fly it said Cayman, the US.
Speaker 5:So we have Cayman Number 10. Hey.
Speaker 3:As a host.
Speaker 6:I got to really say nothing.
Speaker 5:But she bad, she bad, she bad.
Speaker 4:Bad as in good or bad as in bad.
Speaker 5:Bad as in good, bad, but she bad baby or bad, as in bad for guys.
Speaker 3:Stop, stop, stop.
Speaker 4:I just want to make sure you all say the right thing she's a good player.
Speaker 5:She's a great player. She's an awesome player. Y'all also better sound.
Speaker 4:Yes. Now the audience know exactly what you're talking about.
Speaker 3:They know who it is when you watch her play. Oh yeah, that's number 10 there. That's who they're talking about.
Speaker 1:I mean, she got big man, big number 10 on the back too. She do.
Speaker 5:She do, and the thing about it is that was their first year playing. Last year they played like they were here before, so I'm going to be honest when I say this. It's really going to be hard to see what they're coming to bring this time, because the first game, after the first game, they were like oh so we could stiff arm, oh, we could do this, we could do that as.
Speaker 4:I said they caught on by the time. It's a championship game, they're ready.
Speaker 5:They've been playing for five years but I got to look at my phone for the last, sorry. So you have came in bringing a male and female Abaco Sharks, Abaco Outlaw Okay, because you know they play five on five over there.
Speaker 1:Kyle Reeves.
Speaker 3:He's calling ketchup and fries. One is ketchup, the receiver and the quarterback, both guys, and then Abaco, the receiver and the quarterback. Ketchup and Fries, both guys.
Speaker 5:And then Abaco, they bring in the Outlaws. Then you have the Honey Badgers, the Avengers, male Freeport Bandits, freeport Baddies. They're bringing a female.
Speaker 4:this time, that's good. When you say Freeport Baddies. They thought I thought that's the bad boys and why they changed the name, because they're baddies.
Speaker 3:I don't think so. I don't think I think it's a baddies. They're baddies.
Speaker 5:Then Freeport Three Links. That's what I thought. Yeah the bad boys, Yep the bad boys. Then you have the Stormbreakers.
Speaker 2:I think, it's the female.
Speaker 5:Avengers. Then you have the Predators. You have the, the Hornets, the.
Speaker 4:Stock Yep the Stinks, the Lions Say the name again the Lions.
Speaker 5:It's the last one.
Speaker 3:Make sure I put that out there.
Speaker 4:The Lions, the Lions, since it's our second year.
Speaker 5:He said if the Aces are playing, I know they did reach out to us. I haven't. I can't confirm right now as of today. I just want to see Sha us.
Speaker 1:Okay, I haven't, I can't confirm right now, as of today, I just want to see shots like 400 seconds that's how much I'm a champion 16 a six female and 10 male.
Speaker 5:Yeah, so you notice, I didn't actually. I didn't actually say another male team. So, um, son was, like I said, you guys are always the first to find out information, so I'll keep it rolling. San was has just teamed up with the Hall of Fame wide receiver, julio Jones, and Julio Jones will be bringing a team to San Juan.
Speaker 1:Oh, there you go.
Speaker 3:Line them up. Line them up.
Speaker 5:You guys have the opportunity to head first. Julio Jones has teamed up, julio is from Florida.
Speaker 1:Right, he's from Florida.
Speaker 5:Actually, julio is actually from Alabama, alabama.
Speaker 3:Don't worry about it, I can call my boy Tyreek Hill right now, so he already used to getting whipped.
Speaker 5:Wow, this Julio we talking about. You know, Julio, Julio.
Speaker 4:Julio, that's cool, that's cool. I can tell my team through to him.
Speaker 3:Oh water.
Speaker 5:That's. I mean, that's some good shit, though. I mean that's and I can bring sports to the Bahamas too Exactly, and what we're looking to do is, once again, san Juan's trying to be the first to do it. We're trying to evolve the games, evolve sports, evolve football. All of us guys in here grow up playing football. Grow up watching football Instead of playing on video games.
Speaker 4:Yep, when you first started to say the Hall of Fame and stuff like that, I really thought you was going Ocho, because you know Ocho, he's trying to be with him. And Bob, because now he's saying he's from Bimini.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so.
Speaker 3:Ocho was one of those guys too.
Speaker 5:But Olio Jones is now San Was yeah man For for sure that's good yeah that's good the espn now man that's a step.
Speaker 4:That's a no, no man so big jump, so yeah, so maybe one espn that doesn't take our job, yeah, keep that that way.
Speaker 5:Hey, if they come, they get. Now you're listening to me. You have to speak to Undersenno.
Speaker 1:Yeah, but I can be a special correspondent. Welcome to ESPN. You better answer Welcome to Undersenno. I mean, they covered Undersenno, but I will say this, you know we's a little talk show. Don't forget your voice.
Speaker 5:We's a little talk show, but I, you know we's a. We's a little talk show, don't forget you boys. We's a little talk show, but I will say this just don't introduce him to Radley huh just don't introduce him to Radley.
Speaker 1:Ooh, we gone we done done, ooh, we done done dun, dun, dun ain't nothing here for him, but he got it right but um we have some more information coming like like
Speaker 3:like Ox say Like.
Speaker 5:Hawk said someone got to do it. Hey man, somebody got to be the bad guy, someone got to do it. But stay tuned.
Speaker 4:They didn't get it done though.
Speaker 5:Stay tuned to Sanwa's media page Instagram. Sanwa's 242.
Speaker 1:242. On the Instagram and Instagram.
Speaker 5:Instagram and Facebook yes sir. We have some more surprises coming up in the next upcoming days leading up to the event. Uh, so stay doing. There's a lot of surprises that is going to be popping up. Like I say when they started this, this one is like I said. This one is going to be one like none at all.
Speaker 1:I can believe it. Another thing too you still have near wars like the fastest man on sand, the Philip Ramning award, and all that.
Speaker 5:So yes, those things, they're staples, so they will never. We only increase, we don't decrease Facts. So for that we still have the MVP, male and female, fastest man on sign, most electric, electrifying or how you want to put it.
Speaker 4:So next question with that.
Speaker 1:You can't see me.
Speaker 4:Next question with that is I know San Jose is a very physical football arena right At first. You guys I don't think you guys still do have no rules per se. It's just play football, make a football move on the field, it's okay. Do you guys plan to implement any rules? Because there's a lot of gray areas? So, for example, I can be real me personally as long as y'all don't implement stiff arm to the chest, I can stay stiff arm to the face and I only throw that out there just as a general content. You know what I'm saying um.
Speaker 5:so, when it comes to those gray areas, what we, what we tend to do, is we we play tournament by the tournament. Um, once again, even though we know football, the aspects of running an organization and implementing rules and regulations is a process that we're doing day by day. So, when it comes to San Juan and its rules, we tend to say we technically don't have rules, we have rules, but at the end of the day, we're giving you the option to play fast, physical football.
Speaker 4:Yeah, it is. I mean, you know, I guess we just got to make sure you know, always, always let the the players know that, hey, it's still football, it's still football, yeah, still football and it's flag football, so there's no leading with the chat.
Speaker 5:You know the the shoulder like no chop blocking.
Speaker 4:Those are things that you know that you can't do, so I mean and I mean that's why I really mentioned it, so you could say like a few of the stuff that cannot be done, because I mean at the end of the day, a lot of us try to take advantage of it because I mean, you see, like um, receivers going up for the ball, instead of going for the ball, let's pull you out, yeah, and stuff like that. Like, um, you know, let's pass in the front, don't care where go, don't care what kind of football you're playing, you know what I mean? That's still passing the fence. Now, if you're making a play on the ball and hey, we hit bang, bang play, that's cool, you know. So that's why I ask that.
Speaker 5:At the end of the day, safety is always first. We family environment, because, especially when it comes to family environment, we don't. We want our kids to come out there and see that this is what we're doing, so they could once again pick up the new generation of coming. Yeah so and that that is something that I think that we lack, um, when it comes to certain sporting uh events, that we're not doing a theater program.
Speaker 5:So what I sound was I have a theater program which is going to be the kids, so we have sound with kids and adults and moving forward, you're going to see a huge switch because our focus is going to be bringing up the kids. So at the end of the day, clean, because if you don't want to see your kid knocking somebody out of there, you shouldn't show them on a game but once again accidents happen. But the whole intentional pushing and stuff like that we tend not to lean towards.
Speaker 4:Fair enough, fair enough.
Speaker 1:I know it was talk At least. A lot of people was hoping and wishing and praying that you all actually do this more than just a weekend. Any future suggestions or ideas of trying to make this a longer league Like during the offseason I got a season and in july like maybe from september to december like a little, like a little weekly league thing. You ever thought about anything like that?
Speaker 5:um, we thought about it, but, um, what I, what I will do is is this I'll put it to a poll. Okay, I'll, I'll let, I'll let, I'll let the folks decide. Yes, if anybody, if, if, if the census leans towards us doing it, we'll look into it. I can put it like that.
Speaker 1:Because I can tell you this now, like a lot of people, there's so much frustration with the BFFL right now.
Speaker 4:Looking for a way out.
Speaker 1:Yeah, a lot of people are looking for a way out and people can't wait for sound wars. People can't wait for sound wars and the sign wars. You could trash talk, you could just be physical. You can't speak to certain people without getting a penalty. You can't celebrate.
Speaker 3:How I know it was real. During the playoff, people was talking about sign wars, yeah. Oh, before that, Listen the season's still going, I'm telling you. I got to go I got to get in shape for the Sun Wars.
Speaker 1:Don't worry, there's a bus share of Sun Wars.
Speaker 5:Yeah, he was rocking. So you're trying to tell me they're waiting to get the Sun Wars, to put it.
Speaker 1:And then Wes Wes wore your old Sun Wars. He wore the white Sun Wars ring. When the Predators won, he wore. That must be. But I got it right. I said, oh God, this dude here. So Sound Wars. Everybody waiting on Sound Wars is here.
Speaker 4:It's here. I mean. The only thing with Sound Wars is it's more for skilled players. For he says the trench players.
Speaker 3:Yeah, you all be hating on the big guys. It's time for me and French.
Speaker 1:Hey, hey, hey, you don't get in that way you ain't no Only Martin.
Speaker 3:Yeah, only Martin. I got a dad though. Yeah, If you're going to Dolphins.
Speaker 1:You won't get a dad.
Speaker 3:But, I've been winning with the Dolphins, though. We're going to test that I won't spot for you, we're going to test that. Please Exactly.
Speaker 4:We're streaming on the center also.
Speaker 6:We're streaming. You're running two quarters.
Speaker 3:I have no problem with that.
Speaker 4:No, we have someone inside the chat asking who will be the referees.
Speaker 3:Please don't bring your boy. Who's my boy? Damn dollar. Yes.
Speaker 4:He can be there.
Speaker 1:I won't be a referee.
Speaker 3:How do I go about being a referee? He doesn't say that's the head.
Speaker 5:No, no, damien Damien. Damien Fasan was his See. First things first. Let me put it like this Once again what I tell my referees and my other partners feel the same way. Listen to me, leave it with Salon. Let these boys and guys and women, let them ball out, let them play. I tell them listen. If there's a foul, that happens, that is obvious, Like a pass interference or the siding factor, that's different. But when it comes to them playing, let them play.
Speaker 4:Well, I recommend Mav to be a head ref for every game. We talk Malibu and Vardar.
Speaker 1:Vardar don't see shit either. Wow, wow, don't see shit.
Speaker 3:Wow.
Speaker 6:Oh, my boy from the gym.
Speaker 3:Oh wow, that's your boy now.
Speaker 1:Oh, I see, I said I asked him.
Speaker 6:You said yeah, boy, no Listen. No, no, no, no, no, see, they like to gang me, but you don't do.
Speaker 1:They like to say Reggie, you've been saying that's not my boy, yeah, I used to see him in the gym.
Speaker 3:Listen, you used to address him as my boy, so I said my boy.
Speaker 4:You're speaking your truth now.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 4:You support him.
Speaker 3:No, I've never done that, so you ever?
Speaker 1:like put the-.
Speaker 3:I, so I don't have a boy though.
Speaker 1:You said, that's my boy.
Speaker 4:You just said, that's not.
Speaker 3:You said that's your boy no that's why I said it to him, because that's what he likes to say.
Speaker 1:Your boy, so that's not your boy.
Speaker 4:So let me ask you a question.
Speaker 3:I don't have a personal problem with him, but he ain't my friend. That's not my boy.
Speaker 4:So if he called you a sissy right, would you say that to him? Because he said that about you. What?
Speaker 1:you want him to do. He's trying to say like how I? He's trying to say if I call you a sissy, when you refer to me, you'll be like, remember that time when you called me a sissy and you know I'm a sissy.
Speaker 4:You just own up that's your boy. Because he keeps saying that's your boy. So if he keeps calling you a sissy, what you?
Speaker 3:want him to do. That's making no sense. I get it.
Speaker 6:No, don't do that, I get it.
Speaker 3:I get the analogy he owned up because he keeps saying that's
Speaker 5:your boy. You say, yeah, that's my boy. And you say that's my boy.
Speaker 3:If we're talking about a story and we say something that he's always talking about, he always said his way. If I said his way, he would remember who I mean.
Speaker 4:That's why you said that no, no no, Do you understand why didn't we can get off this right now? Why didn't you say what about your boy, who you say is my?
Speaker 3:boy, it's my boy. Man, that's on too long.
Speaker 5:Your boy. Come on, man. That's on too long, Can I say?
Speaker 3:that. That's on too long gym yeah, I should have said that, then, okay, yeah but that's what you've been saying all year yeah
Speaker 5:hey, your boy from the gym.
Speaker 3:Hey, your boy ld you lose the one yeah, you say it like that, again you're getting sued.
Speaker 5:That's your name and your likeness, you good I really don't want to say don't do that.
Speaker 4:So I'm gonna chat to me YLD but anyway, let's back. Someone say someone say someone in the chat said we all gang in there. T said, yeah, t need to get new friends.
Speaker 1:You have a Freddy boy from the gym.
Speaker 3:Hey, hey, hey hey.
Speaker 4:You say he boyfriend from the gym or he boy from the gym.
Speaker 3:Man don't.
Speaker 4:Anyway, no, I mean, so I have on the headphones.
Speaker 3:It never been no dot with me.
Speaker 1:What is dot? So it never been. No, that with me. What is that? Let's get back to Sandbox. So for the opening ceremony I know Tito loves jungle. Do you all have any rush? Or anything like that? Anything for the opening ceremony.
Speaker 5:Well, the first thing is for us to start with the prayer, of course, definitely.
Speaker 4:So no disrespect. The, the I don't know why I should say this, but anyhow, the one who you all record with the prayer the last time, the two hour prayer. I heard it was a good prayer, but because it was so long, everyone thought we know who it is. No, no, I a good prayer, but because it was so long, everyone thought it was like we know, who this is.
Speaker 3:No, no, I get good prayer, but no, what about would you let Big Red to the prayer?
Speaker 1:Who's?
Speaker 3:Big Red, the next Reggie.
Speaker 1:Would you call him Abaco? Why he don't pray in the lion's huddle? You think he can pray, san Juan?
Speaker 6:Anyway.
Speaker 5:LDC, why they got you. I see but, as for John Canu, let me put it like this like I say, there's a lot of surprises coming there's a lot
Speaker 4:of surprises it's all you're loving Beyonce for halftime championship well, I mean, I could you know, I, on the coaching staff of the Wildcats we have someone who's brave, I don't know, but he's calling.
Speaker 1:I get that. I got to talk with the other Wildcats because people get me feeling, so let me stop. Season over.
Speaker 4:No, but you can't be that Season over. Thanks for tuning in.
Speaker 1:Thanks for tuning in. The Red Jim Show body is right. He can talk trash about people. Nobody bought it. He can talk.
Speaker 2:Nobody On Instagram Live.
Speaker 1:People must be calling his phone, video calling me. What can I say about me, god?
Speaker 4:damn Now. Hold on now, colman.
Speaker 1:I've been going through that for a year and a half. You just starting to catch it. You're just getting it. I was beginning the most trees, I don't mind them. Yeah, no, you just start getting it. I almost as bad as that.
Speaker 4:People start blocking me too, unfriending me on facebook I need some people to block me, because I get to appear on my phone right now. I forget we's friends.
Speaker 3:That's all they saying. I ain't saying nothing bad about that person.
Speaker 4:I forget We's friends.
Speaker 3:That's all I'm saying I ain't saying nothing bad about that person who your Keisha's friends I ain't calling no names. Who say Keisha, you say your boy from the gym, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going.
Speaker 5:This is a song, long bro, yeah, but it's a long list for real, god damn.
Speaker 4:But that's what it is. Yeah, lt and E-Boy, you also get a dance group.
Speaker 3:Which one, which one, because we had two dance groups. I remember now he was a late dancer- Don't let him know.
Speaker 6:Hide that, tell the truth.
Speaker 3:Tell the truth, we got a dance group.
Speaker 4:You want me to play Sound wasp, sound wasp Play. You see the rings. Would you like me to provide a stage for you? Just don't bring no pole out for me, guy.
Speaker 3:I can get my boys from the Hornets and the Avengers the real dancers, Wow.
Speaker 4:I mean well, shooks. After watching the Madea movie I mean we get our bloody dancers out there.
Speaker 5:Wow, that's crazy.
Speaker 3:I ain't getting no watch. Yeah, you ain't got nothing.
Speaker 4:I know you ain't going to say nothing, I ain't watching Because you don't like the smoke, but I can take it.
Speaker 6:Hey, I can do it.
Speaker 4:I need to borrow the bulletproof vest.
Speaker 5:You ought to show some haymakers in there. Bro, I can do that, I ain't watching.
Speaker 3:I ain't watching, I ain't watching.
Speaker 5:You ought to movie star. No, I ain't talking about that, but when you watch it, you will see.
Speaker 3:You know why you're in the market.
Speaker 4:But anyhow, let's go. We carry on going bro.
Speaker 1:I think I know, but I can leave that. So I mean, so I guess we just get ready for Sound Wars coming up. Man, we have a few more questions or Sound Wars, so we can finish that. But we done get the you clutching out. You come in and give us all kind of breaking news. Boy that show with Free Party ain't got this breaking news.
Speaker 4:Well, I mean they say it's the best in the Bahamas.
Speaker 1:But that shit extremely out there today.
Speaker 4:Well, they say, they get better cameras too. Okay, want me to tell you one more thing. They say. What else they say?
Speaker 1:How could you not say nothing but the game, because they were on with mine. They were on with the Nassau man.
Speaker 4:Yeah, wow you on, so I mean.
Speaker 3:No, y'all don't say that man they watching. Oh, fuck, you think I.
Speaker 1:I'm sorry. We appreciate the support. We give them some views, fox, they all do they boy.
Speaker 4:Wow, wow, you I'm off duty, but wow.
Speaker 1:But let's get back with the league man. But first and foremost, y'all come on and support, but it's a Bahamian thing.
Speaker 2:You see the face in the scene. Look at the ring man.
Speaker 4:This ain't like the mother NFL flag, bahamas will disappear. We'll post it. We'll post it.
Speaker 1:This is our people who are doing this.
Speaker 3:It's a good event Good initiative.
Speaker 1:Look at that. I'm glad I won't play. But Trixie, I can't play with him, I can't play with Abogodimi. Me and Paddy King can play together.
Speaker 5:Okay, quick plug right. You probably might be one of the. I didn't see you, ld, don't worry about that, I didn't see you. You might be one of the bigger guys. You might be one of the bigger guys I know, with some of the best hands.
Speaker 1:Bro, the catcher of football Matrix tells me, I do that you notice how I did that right.
Speaker 3:I see why I separated what you separated. I'm just trying to see if I can put it together.
Speaker 5:No, because I try to be like you, with hard, you know. He ain't got no koof, that's what they say back in the day.
Speaker 1:Nobody got no koof. He got no koof. But let's get back on the BFF fellow for one second right. Okay, and football on the whole. It's just small questions, man. I was a little bored. Now you say, man, we got the great Reggie on the show. Let me ask you this as a former player oh Lord.
Speaker 3:Tell the truth now.
Speaker 2:Now, now, now no, friends, no, more.
Speaker 4:Keep your friend, but at the same time, we need the truth, the people who want to help Be like Billy, Are we so that question?
Speaker 5:does that question talk about the whole state of the league or just the play of the league?
Speaker 4:The whole state of the league. What's yours?
Speaker 6:Yeah.
Speaker 5:So for me, and see, that's why I said I don't want, I don't want to speak on the, on the, the change of the, the league and our transition from bianca to tito, because if I say what I, what I, I guess I can say it anyway, but I don't want it to feel like it's biased because Tito is my, you know.
Speaker 5:But at the end of the day I mean with you could see the difference in the change of the league. There's more fans this season than there was for the past. What 10? Okay, I can't say 10. No, yeah, that's pushing it Three, four, I'd say three four. Because, honestly, the reason I retired is because I saw the decline in the league and for me it was more of hey, can we focus on?
Speaker 5:zon was to give guys something to play for, and that's that's honest speaking. But, um, to me, the the way the transition in the league over the last year. I could see where it's making some strides. I could see the possibility of where I could go. The talent in the league is something that we really need to develop. I feel as if it could be better.
Speaker 4:Boy, the older players are, the better players.
Speaker 3:I think there's just a lot of Rickiers.
Speaker 4:If we do the, let me see how to put it you don't want me on today. If we put the younger players versus the older players in the league you wouldn't believe this.
Speaker 1:They would get weird, but I'm just thinking too, the younger players. No, no, no no, do you think? Do you think it's a?
Speaker 5:it's a measure of a lot of coaches don't know what the hell they doing, though and that is why it's like not developing talent and that's why I told lte you don't want me answer that because at the end of the day you could. You could always see the. From a coaching standpoint. You will always be able to tell who who have potential and who gives impact of knowledge. A lot of individuals I see out there. I may be wrong, but by the way they either line up in a receiver position, by the depth that they line up in the corner position or mic position, or D-line position, o-line position, a lot of to me, a lot of things aren't being taught fundamentally from the break, because at some point in time you're supposed to be able to say, okay, they're going to cover two, they're going to cover one, or this receiver playing me seven yards. Look at your quarterback and you go, hey, yeah, like those things.
Speaker 3:I don't see to be honest to what you're saying. I can piggyback on that because I feel like this is coaches see this. They're on the sideline, me being on the sideline with franchise.
Speaker 1:I'm looking at players and I say why they doing this franchise?
Speaker 3:6 at players and I said why are they doing this? 6'9".
Speaker 6:If I, on the side, don't call my government.
Speaker 3:I on the sideline with him and I can tell him why are they doing this you can't see, this can fail or why this one is sliding up and down. You know, oh gosh, I ain't calling no name but me being retired sitting on the sideline or standing on the sideline watching the game.
Speaker 4:Why don't we leave that?
Speaker 3:in the water. David, david, david from the Hawks, that's a female team.
Speaker 4:That's a female team.
Speaker 3:He's calling the name and he's taking him on to do it. You see what's happening.
Speaker 4:You said man, y'all stop that you need to sit on the end next time. Then we can put you on the end.
Speaker 6:No, no, that's waste.
Speaker 1:That's waste. Your power's gone by. It's waste.
Speaker 3:It's waste. I tried to separate it, but I learned. I me personally learned the game a lot more by watching the players play. You see what I'm saying.
Speaker 1:So, oh, sorry, no, I mean it's like piggybacking, and that's what it was too. You know, you remember me playing together. Right, me and Trixie do it too. Even even Abaco over there, he's doing it too. When we played, we always watched the other people game. Yep, these dudes playing, these dudes next week. Why the hell they ain't here watching the game? They out there either freaking drinking their rum or they trying to wind up on. I mean, you can talk to your guys afterwards, but these people you're playing next week. You need to scout your opponent, bro. You can't rely on the coaches to do everything and see everything. You need to know what to do too.
Speaker 3:Yeah, because when you're in the game, like when I used to play, if I play in D-line I can't really see what the corner doing, the linebacker doing, the safety doing, because I focus on the position that I play in. So if I'm on the sideline now I can look at the young players and I can say he got the head factor. Oh, this guy is garbage, he's trash.
Speaker 1:You just let him know too. Lg, I do. This guy is garbage.
Speaker 3:He's garbage.
Speaker 4:I honestly do to do better. That's why you have a coach and that's where it leads up to. Someone inside the chat said that's why Peter will always be one of the greats when he talks about coaching Peter, yeah.
Speaker 3:I agree. I know that's what you're saying. No, I can agree.
Speaker 4:He developed a lot of players, a lot.
Speaker 5:Male and female Silently developed a lot.
Speaker 1:Who Aaron developed. Wow, what a goddamn body.
Speaker 4:Wow, he's still trying. He's still trying. But I mean, at the end of the day, I can be real. Peter Wilson, the biggest problem is, too a lot of the players don't really listen to the coaches.
Speaker 3:You don't think so I totally agree.
Speaker 4:I tell you, bro, when we was playing with the Jets. For example. I just want to bring that up.
Speaker 5:When we was playing with the Jets, we couldn't talk to our coach.
Speaker 4:Talk with coach. The coach talk to you. You don't talk to the coach, coach being who's coach being.
Speaker 1:Who the coach?
Speaker 3:was Coach being oh.
Speaker 4:I mean we had a few, but I mean you couldn't talk to the All.
Speaker 3:It was like that All.
Speaker 5:All, all. The softest one was La Rota, and you couldn't do that there.
Speaker 3:Damn yeah.
Speaker 5:And that's what my next thing is we lack discipline. What I've saw, we lack a lot of discipline Because, at the end of the day and I don't know if this is good or bad when it comes to talking about Tasha, tasha is Tasha now because she went through the hardship of coming up on the Peters and the Tito's and everybody else, and the Goose too, and the Goose yeah, with Goose, and see, a lot of people don't even know who Wild Goose is.
Speaker 4:Because he's more of a player coach.
Speaker 5:Yeah, he's just a coach and the the thing about it is is that that is what we were lacking, because at the end of the day, you get chastised on and off the field. If you miss a play, you know, hey, get back into. That's what my feelings. You miss a play and you just walk in. No, no, bro.
Speaker 4:Hey, you either pay me or pay the sideline, bro so I mean, you know at at that time they I'll leave it, we carry on.
Speaker 5:No man, like you said.
Speaker 4:That's understandable you know the first thing for us, when I first initially went to Wildcats, obviously me and Filthy came up under the same regime. Of course, jets, lions, okay. So it was old school. God rest his soul. He was no longer with the team for a few years, or whatever the case may be. I had to then come and reinstill that into the ladies. It was rough.
Speaker 5:But you could see that what you did though.
Speaker 4:Yeah, I say it now, it was rough in the beginning because at the end of the day they went from being with him, who was the same kind of coach. I am going to the modern-day coaches where it's just, hey, do this, I don't want to do this coach, I can do this. Okay, then you understand what I'm saying. It's just hey, if we can lose the game, it can be because of me. I'm the coach, because when you win a game, the players get all the praise. When you lose a game, all the coaches know what they're doing. So if we can lose, we can lose on my terms. You understand, I always tell them at the end of the day.
Speaker 4:If you feel I tell you something wrong to do, then do it anyway, because I think it's right. You understand what I'm saying. Now, if we see, well, hey, it wasn't right, then we come together, we discuss it and then we try to figure it out over. But if in the game or during that time, I tell you to do it, let's just do it. And if it don't work, then you come to me and you can tell me hey, it didn here didn't work, and then we could figure it out. You understand? So I could tell you so one of the biggest problems that you said right.
Speaker 3:There's a lot of coaches can't figure it out. A lot, too. That lead right back to it, reggie, that lead right back to it. It's all like one of the teams last year when the inmates run the asylum, I ain't gonna say nothing.
Speaker 1:shout out to Kano, oh whoa whoa See but they don't realize.
Speaker 6:Get up.
Speaker 4:Run the prison, you become a prisoner yourself.
Speaker 1:You become a prisoner yourself. That's why they get rid of me. Ship of Dobgo, wow, wow.
Speaker 5:We had a bar door.
Speaker 1:I used to Kano is my boy. Get up, get up, get up.
Speaker 4:Someone on the chat say why you whispering man Say it with the chat.
Speaker 5:Get up. Kano is the only man to put a hit on me. What caused me to crawl to the next side of the field? Well, hey boy.
Speaker 4:So between him and Polo.
Speaker 3:Polo's the best, polo's the best, stingris, stingris, I know, I know we talking about hitting.
Speaker 4:Yeah, no boy.
Speaker 3:I don't think nobody's better. I ain't asking you, polo, get me the football. I ain't asking you, boy.
Speaker 6:Polo is the one with the football you never played tackle.
Speaker 4:That I ain't asking you, boy.
Speaker 1:Polo is the one that gave me the football. I ain't you never played tackle. That's why I tell you as a receiver, bro, watch Polo that play. I ain't asking you, bro, yellow, gummi, yellow and black.
Speaker 5:Yeah, because I talk about safety, that's interior Safety.
Speaker 4:But I can tell you I ain't asking you bro, I'm playing receiver Pol far Not even in hitting, he would track you down, line you up.
Speaker 5:Line you up.
Speaker 1:Kano's dangerous.
Speaker 4:Kano. Yeah, but he was nasty.
Speaker 3:I give him respect.
Speaker 5:if that's the case, keep in mind guys, because I know there are a lot of people watching this. This is an IR we're talking about, Because I know that some of the old Jets and old pros they hit harder than this, Because you know how the players like Matzellas, Ricky, yeah, but I mean they more, they more. Oh, behave yourself.
Speaker 2:That's what y'all get to do. You already beat me, yeah, but I mean they were more they're the front seven.
Speaker 4:Again, I can be real. I always tell the receiver if you let a linebacker hit you, you deserve that. The first thing you always do is you locate the linebacker. So once you locate the linebacker, you know how deep to run your route, either behind him or in front of him, and you know where to brace is according to where the ball is thrown. But I mean you got linebackers like the names you all call, like avoid them, buddy remember them.
Speaker 3:I remember when time I came to watch polo play, he hit this guy. I ain't calling him because you mean him cool, I ain't trying to embarrass him, but I remember this dude on the floor. No, he on the floor crying. Are you on fire? Take it off. Take it off, yeah take it off.
Speaker 6:I ain't calling no name, take it off, I ain't calling no name.
Speaker 4:Once you get a stinger you gotta cut them eyes off. What?
Speaker 5:And now keep in mind I'm not saying that Polo ain't no hard hitter he up there. But he just ain't hitting out of the gun.
Speaker 4:So what you have to also realize too the lower you are to the ground Once you know that technique, the harder you hit, the bigger the boom, you know what I'm saying. Bro, one of the hardest hitting running box coming out of the box field was what's the guy?
Speaker 3:Charlie, charlie. Everybody said that.
Speaker 4:Anyone can tell you. They talking it from the side. When it comes to Charlie, everybody said that you understand what I'm saying. Ain't no one trying to go head up with him?
Speaker 5:And he ain't no, just no. He hitting you. He hitting you and chucking you bro, he carrying you with him Boom.
Speaker 4:Well, Bogdan is only like 75 cents.
Speaker 5:And the thing about it is he used to give you, Bob, 50 cents because he want to make sure.
Speaker 4:He get more to ride. But, by the way, tito was up there too.
Speaker 3:Bro, make sure you get more to ride if I say that More to ride.
Speaker 5:Come back for more, but, by the way, tito was up there too, bro.
Speaker 4:The Jitney. Yeah, jitney the Jitney. He was one of the few full boxers Full box, pure full box.
Speaker 3:Somebody else take Tito name, though by the name Jitney, oh no, he could never be.
Speaker 6:He played D and it was a defense, wasn't it? But he wasn't even close to Tito. He ain't Fuck.
Speaker 5:I remember this one game, ajax, remember that game. You can tell me who's there, tito, tito break, break the plan and go on for 20 to 25 before one boy jump on the back or next boy jump on the back. That's when he messed up with me, I think. I don't think I was. Tito had three people on his back Carrying him, and that's how he got the name of JT.
Speaker 4:Too much, too much weight. But Tito was an easy boy.
Speaker 1:Yeah, he probably was the best fullback I ever played with the JT.
Speaker 4:No the.
Speaker 5:Jets. Yeah, because my what's his name? The running back name. What's the name? What's the running back name?
Speaker 4:No, he's called Fullback.
Speaker 5:Yeah, that's what I say, because the other guy was a running back, running back, yeah. Fallen Daddy.
Speaker 4:Yeah, falless, falless, but he's a running back again.
Speaker 5:But that's what I say.
Speaker 4:But he built like a fullback. Yeah, that's the problem. Phil was a problem in the back, phil too, though, of course, before he began to go out of the box.
Speaker 3:Who Phil man the fat rock Rev.
Speaker 5:Rev could tell you, rev could tell you Rev.
Speaker 4:I'm with the poster. They put a guy in the game with a concussion to get another concussion. Hadji Wow.
Speaker 3:Hadji, hadji.
Speaker 5:Well, no, Last year man.
Speaker 3:Wow, well, no, you can't talk on that Last year.
Speaker 1:No, I mean this year.
Speaker 6:When Haji.
Speaker 1:When.
Speaker 4:Haji say his player Got a concussion. He put him back in the game.
Speaker 3:I mean Stop, I know Stop.
Speaker 4:It is what it is. I can tell you.
Speaker 5:It is what it is. It is what it is.
Speaker 4:If they could have said About me, they would have said the same thing.
Speaker 5:They would have said about me they would have said the same thing.
Speaker 1:They would have said it about me regardless.
Speaker 5:That's the reason why I act like this, because we come up under that era where there's only two things you're going to be. You're going to either suck or be good bro.
Speaker 1:So that's what it was and that era of Jets too it was. It was good because everybody coming to practice to be better people in my heart okay, I ain't playing this Saturday. Everybody coming to practice to be better People in my heart okay, I ain't play this Saturday, I come to practice first thing on Tuesday and I get better.
Speaker 4:So let's get back to the BFFL, because me and I want these people to get a little bored. But let's get back to BFFL. We can bring on a special guest. He's waiting on this. This is the part where I was waiting on. Wow, we bring on a special guest. He's waiting on this. This is the part where I was waiting on Wow, we bring on a special guest and we can let you all deal with that. Sit here, I sit here.
Speaker 1:That's okay. Well, we have the special guest. Oh boy, this could be interesting. I was trying to save this, for oh boy, this could be interesting. I was trying to save this for next week because this could be a two-hour show now. So we have here. We have the vice president of the Bahamas Flag Football League.
Speaker 2:Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 1:His name is Abacocard Wright, as we ready of the real Reggie.
Speaker 2:The real Reggie Reginald Godright.
Speaker 1:We have the real Reggie, the real Reggie. The real Reggie has already been here. I got to get my questions for this guy here. Excuse me, okay, it's looking a little long. Welcome back to Unicenter. Welcome back. You was there the first season. I don't think you was on air.
Speaker 2:No, I wasn't on air.
Speaker 1:You wasn't camera ready or voice ready, so you got a title now. So you just completed your first season as the vp at the bahamas flag football league. How was it?
Speaker 2:why rough? What you mean rough um so let ronnie take over ronnie, don't take over, but um, there's a lot more work that goes into um being on the board of the league than a lot of people realize. Um as well. We had a lot of snags this year that were unexpected, so it required a lot of additional funds and a lot of additional time um to get things done. And still, I'm sure from the membership standpoint it looked like you know, we dropped the ball here, or this.
Speaker 1:No, ma, okay, I can speak from me and I guess on the center we know you all made lemons out of shit water. You all made lemonade or shit water. The whole thing with the league um needed to relocate from the thomas a robinson stadium, then I had to go out east and then you all found a home at dwds, which I actually love. You know there's a lot of fans. At first they was like, oh, I don't know if I like it, but when I, when they saw how the food's right there, the game here, the drinks there, like it's so close here to walk about, a lot of people actually enjoyed that. So that's one thing I think y'all did a great job. And also, friday Night Lights was a hit, my brother, that was a hit, yep. So what accomplishments have you had that y'all completed this season?
Speaker 2:Well, you said it Friday Night Lights. I think that that was one of our wild cards we finally get rid of this nigga. That was one of our wild card ideas that, coming into the season, there was a lot of pushback People saying they didn't want to play on.
Speaker 1:Friday Call names man. God dang call names who the Predators.
Speaker 5:No, that was Collective.
Speaker 2:That was Collective I refused to answer on the grounds of the incriminating Get.
Speaker 4:I refuse to answer on the grounds that it may incriminate me. Get rid of that.
Speaker 1:No, but I mean listen.
Speaker 2:What I've noticed is that most people in general most people tend to combat or fight with things.
Speaker 3:Change they like change Right.
Speaker 2:Anything that's different they tend to fight against. And the first night we came over Friday Night Lights it was caught.
Speaker 4:What do you mean by?
Speaker 2:Cork Full.
Speaker 4:Okay, you got it. That's his Long Island fellas.
Speaker 2:I hear you all say no Diddy on the show.
Speaker 5:plenty Because it's no, diddy no, but we're trying to make sure we come from the 80s and 90s bro.
Speaker 4:What's going on? 40s.
Speaker 2:Where you come from.
Speaker 4:We ain't come from the 80s. You couldn't remember none but the 80s.
Speaker 2:Are you sure I remember more from the 80s, you sure? Are you sure?
Speaker 4:I mean I had at least six years in the 80s.
Speaker 5:How much you had in the 80s Four we all niggas.
Speaker 6:Reggie you young. To me you just look bad man.
Speaker 2:Are you sure I look bad at you, so behave yourself. What I hold on you right now?
Speaker 5:Boy, he officially can't call himself nothing Okay.
Speaker 1:What did you think you all could have done better during the season?
Speaker 2:Honestly, I think that we could have definitely got a lot of our communications out a little bit quicker, um, a little bit more definitely. Honestly, um, in anything you do in life, there's always room for improvement. Right, give credit to our board about we even though it may not seem like that from the outside, we do criticize each other and have the difficult conversations A lot, a lot. So that's one of the things that we already said that you know, going into next season, we're planning on working on. Among other things, we have a few other ideas that we want to present, hopefully to fill the gap in between July and March. Obviously, there's a lot more thought process and organization to go into before we present it to the members, but I'm happy and I'm confident in our board that there's a lot of better things coming in the future.
Speaker 1:Okay, you spoke about your board members, and I know you had a nice blend of new and old, you being one of the new board members. What did you think you learned from them, individually or collectively? You don't got to specify something, because I'm pretty sure certain people in your body teach you a shit, but I believe that I believe that Collectively.
Speaker 2:I think I learned that it's important to lean on others Nothing that I didn't know already, but it's important to bounce ideas off each other already. But it's important to bounce ideas off each other right. And it's also important to and it's okay to rely on others to do what they need to do.
Speaker 1:This is an off the topic. Right, A little off the topic. You know all about off the cusp. Do you feel like Conky Joe is a derogatory term? How the fuck am I? Who the fuck? How the fuck, what the sick bro I'm asking how do you get that? Bro he's the lightest kid we had in a while boy Checks.
Speaker 5:You know it's so funny I watch. I watch Calmo looking at him and I know something was coming, but I didn't know what it was.
Speaker 1:I saw him and I'm thinking is it derogatory to you and your people To?
Speaker 2:you and your people Okay.
Speaker 1:No, because I just had you talk and I'm like this dude got this curly cocky your hair. Okay, I apologize for carrying on oh Lord.
Speaker 4:No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I mean, you would be the slave master.
Speaker 1:Yeah, he the slave master.
Speaker 4:Yeah, we know, oh ha.
Speaker 1:Okay so.
Speaker 4:So I mean so with that said, like, how do y' all plan to increase the fan base?
Speaker 2:A part of that. Well, a few ways. So number one we definitely.
Speaker 6:Go ahead.
Speaker 4:I'm sorry you do karaoke before, right? Yeah, you need the mic to be closer.
Speaker 2:There you go. You can say that, nicely, we're taking up the stand, bro, we're hip-hop artists.
Speaker 1:Yo yo, yo yo, we in this bitch Yo hey.
Speaker 2:First of all that in Elvis never did that. White people don't do that. Okay, me have it set.
Speaker 5:Oh you a house guy.
Speaker 4:Hey, well, here's my boys. They know, I say that all the time.
Speaker 2:Well, here's my boys.
Speaker 4:They know I say that all the time. Well, we know what happened to house guys.
Speaker 5:Yeah.
Speaker 4:Okay.
Speaker 5:They be the voice ones.
Speaker 2:But back to your question. Hold him under the bed son.
Speaker 5:Yes, sir, master.
Speaker 2:Back to your question. So a part of it is increasing our marketing and our presence on social media, but we've also been reaching out to individual sponsors and those that would be interested in trying to increase teams in the league. I think that a part of our decline in the fan base toward the end of the season was because we were moving around a lot, right. So I mean we did have.
Speaker 2:Honestly, I feel if we had started at DW Davis with the crowd that we had from Friday Night Lights, we would have been booming at the end of the season. But when you start at TAR and you have a good crowd and then people come out on a Sunday, they're expecting for you to be there and you ain't there.
Speaker 2:And then they got out on a Sunday. They're expecting for you to be there and you ain't there, and then they gotta figure out where you is and then we ain't going out there, and then it's almost like a you know. So that's two things, and then you know we have a few other things in the pipeline I can't share right now, but I think that that was enough. And this man just told me they have a hall of fame.
Speaker 1:New rings.
Speaker 4:I'm not at liberty to share anything I want you.
Speaker 1:I want you.
Speaker 2:I want you.
Speaker 4:I want you to share this, since you can't share nothing else. What grade do you give your commissioner and his referees for the year?
Speaker 5:Because I give my grade Keep in mind you, I gave my grade. Keep in mind, you know, never mind.
Speaker 4:You could do them individually, if you didn't want to match too much cards.
Speaker 2:Individually I would give. Overall I think I'd give us a C as referees. I think that and I said this numerous times in discussions with them I think that a lot of the issues that I personally saw, and I think that a lot of team members had with them, was that it seemed at times that they were not confident in their calls. We all watch the NFL, we watch college football. There's bad calls in every sport, just about. But when you seem to be nervous or shaky about what you're saying or what you call they don't know the rules then number one, the player or the coach could feel like they, that's the wrong call, right? So you, you putting that uh thought of doubt in the mind of the player or the coach and then that takes away from your integrity, in my opinion so what I think we did wrong was when we asked you which grade you give, which would you give to your commissioner.
Speaker 4:What happened I?
Speaker 2:don't know what he asked me.
Speaker 4:Your commissioner and the referees. Right, you said C. What happened is we didn't tell you. The grading system goes from A to F.
Speaker 2:I figured that.
Speaker 4:You still say C I still say C. Yeah, C, you fuck it up. I can be real with you Straight up. First of all, you're not planning to fire anybody.
Speaker 2:I can't disclose that.
Speaker 4:My God damn it. If you're going to fire them, they're not going anywhere.
Speaker 6:I ain't telling you to call them, I ain't telling you to call them.
Speaker 4:I said if you're planning to fire them. You say yeah, yes or no. Okay, don't worry about it Anyway referees.
Speaker 1:I get a referee as a D+. I give the commissioner a goddamn F.
Speaker 2:First of all, just by the law of averages, right, Because I'm a very avid watcher of this podcast.
Speaker 4:Someone say you ain't going to see the pearly gates, that's fine.
Speaker 6:That's a good one.
Speaker 2:I might see it a dang, that's fine.
Speaker 5:That's a good one.
Speaker 2:I might even see it in the Angus family. Whoever that was, get him a shot from me he's tearing goats, but by the law of averages it would have to be around a C, because you all give them Bs.
Speaker 1:Let me give him fucking B.
Speaker 4:You give them B yeah. The playoff we're trying to get called no, let me give him fucking B.
Speaker 2:You give them B yeah the playoff we're trying to get calls no, no, no Not in the playoffs.
Speaker 1:Average G. I gave him God, let me not use the G word.
Speaker 4:I gave him Z, a lot of times too, so you know if I give you a. B and I give you a F right, and then I give you a Z and I come back and give you a C. I'm just saying the average still ain't a C. It'll be like a J, sir, for Jackass.
Speaker 1:I give my opinion, LT what you give them.
Speaker 2:LT gone.
Speaker 1:No, but LT's personal. He's the bartender, he getting the drinks ready.
Speaker 2:And I ain't get no drink yet.
Speaker 5:Oh, wow, no no, use the house guy, use the house guy.
Speaker 4:That is even worse. You drink it when we drink it, or what no?
Speaker 5:the house guy is supposed to get that you drink it when the African-American drink that. I have a question.
Speaker 1:I have a question.
Speaker 5:It's a two-part question. Are the refs in our era worse than the refs in this era?
Speaker 6:Yes.
Speaker 5:No, no, no, no no.
Speaker 4:So I think the referees in this era is worse because it's a tight race, but they dip so they win that one. You know what I mean. You know what I mean First person. There across the line I played boy it's a rough one, boy, that's a hard hard, hard. No boy this air is still worse. This air is still worse.
Speaker 2:This air is. I think we all just forget how we used to cry.
Speaker 4:Hold on. Hold on hold on.
Speaker 1:Hold on, hold on, hold on. But like you said it yourself, tom at least knew what the rules was, you realize. But like you said it, yourself, tom.
Speaker 4:you at least knew what the rules was. You realized so the problem.
Speaker 5:see what you want to sign is I see what you?
Speaker 6:do now, at least know the rules Okay.
Speaker 4:The problem with you which you're not getting is two things. One, tom, I'm still a part of your referee squad.
Speaker 2:They just game marked us here. Yes, it don't matter you already have one here. It matters, so that's one.
Speaker 4:Then, secondly, at the end of the day, Tom them problem wasn't that they were biased, you know. They just didn't know certain rules. So if they didn't know certain rules and they didn't call it on this team and they didn't call it on this team, the playing field is still even. You have referees now who choose sides.
Speaker 2:I don't necessarily agree with that. Huh, I don't necessarily agree with what you said about they ain't call this or not call that. I have a different recollection of how things would have went down.
Speaker 4:Okay, well, give us how you feel, Because I mean, you come on here like you.
Speaker 2:I don't want to spill it.
Speaker 1:There's heat too hot.
Speaker 2:It's not hot in here, except that's the heat. I feel like the league was. I feel like the league is better In terms of refs. Now, honestly, I'm just being honest. The problem with Behemoths typically is and this is how politicians always win elections oh, here we go. You know why? Because when you go four years, they don't forget what happened four years ago.
Speaker 1:But you're not four years.
Speaker 2:I ain't talking about us. I'm talking about the state of the league four years ago, four months.
Speaker 1:The state of the four years ago. We had Jason Clarke, we didn't have Diego.
Speaker 2:Seeing that you are. Anyhow, you need to check your memory, seeing that we are on the referees, why?
Speaker 4:And don't play like you ain't know, because I understand. I have proof. Show me the proof, don't worry, we can show it. If you answer wrong, we'll be the proof. Don't worry, we can show it. If you answer wrong, we'll be showing it. Don't forget, we get the last edit, that's fine. You understand. Why is it that Radley was the one who chose the referees?
Speaker 1:for championship games.
Speaker 2:First of all, I was not aware of that.
Speaker 4:You're the VP, it doesn't matter, you're not aware, but You're the VP, it doesn't matter, I'm coming for us. Well, hold on, you're not aware.
Speaker 1:But you gave the commissioner a C and he was doing bullshit.
Speaker 4:So let me tell you, since you weren't aware. I'm telling you we have proof that this happened. Well, I'd like to see that proof.
Speaker 5:Let me see something Namesake. Let me teach you something about business. If you hear a guy say we have proof twice, you're from Oxford, do Oxford, because that means he got it. Hey, you leave some of your things alone, even if he bluff it.
Speaker 6:No hey we talk.
Speaker 1:Okay, so this is what I wanted to know. Oh, I get the proof right there. Okay, so your statement should have been your talk after all. This is what I wanted to know.
Speaker 4:Oh, I get the proof right there. Yeah, I was reading oh shit, there you go there you go. Who signed the?
Speaker 1:name Men's game, men's game, oh wow.
Speaker 2:That shows who submitted.
Speaker 4:Yeah, well, he shouldn't be no part of it. Who submit your exams? If you take a test right now, who would submit it? The teacher, the teacher who submitted to the teacher. Don't play with me, y'all. Huh, you right, yeah, calma cannot submit it for you, right, right, okay? So if you submit Calma exam to the teacher who the teacher think it was from, there's no name on it. From me, god, from me, god damn it. So let's go. You're waking up. So now you have the proof. You asked me the proof, so how come?
Speaker 1:that happened.
Speaker 2:I was not aware that happened, but you and VB.
Speaker 1:I'm the commissioner. I always come under you or come under the president. Well, the president and I, but the president directly sponsored us, so the president didn't let you know of certain stuff that happened so the president didn't let you know of certain stuff that happened.
Speaker 5:Are y'all, are y'all vibing right now?
Speaker 2:I could sit, I could sit in as your lawyer at this moment, you know? No, I I mean, I don't need it.
Speaker 1:So how come you didn't know what was happening in your league, that you're the vpl?
Speaker 4:I don't know oh lord, when this next election?
Speaker 1:we carry on, okay, so are we still talking about John Watts.
Speaker 5:They're trying to get him out.
Speaker 4:I don't know who this person is. The ref is in. Make me throw two picks. No, expose yourself, because obviously you ain't a good player anyhow, so I wouldn't carry on with that okay.
Speaker 1:So let me ask this did the commissioner have a committee and if so, how come the committee members were not announced? Because I know he said on Okay. So let me ask this Did the commissioner have a committee and if so, how come the committee members were not announced?
Speaker 2:Because I know he stood on his show and he said that he will have a committee to help him moving forward in this league.
Speaker 4:I know that I was aware of the commissioner's office. Don't forget karaoke now.
Speaker 2:I know that the commissioner's office had we had an appeals board. I know he had an assistant commissioner.
Speaker 5:Which is me, by the way.
Speaker 1:So why we didn't know that?
Speaker 2:I don't know At that point in time.
Speaker 4:I don't think they when it comes to the appeals committee.
Speaker 2:No, but they say he was an assistant commissioner.
Speaker 5:He was an assistant commissioner, oh, oh, oh, but at that point in time I was not on the island.
Speaker 1:Okay, they could send a letter out.
Speaker 2:That's why he said a lot of our communications we definitely have to work on.
Speaker 4:Yeah, because I was trying to figure out why he's on the field. I thought you know, because he's my boy and we're in a job.
Speaker 1:It just looks good. So he didn't have a media, he just had an assistant commissioner.
Speaker 2:I don't know about any other appointments that I'm aware of. Well, we didn't know about none. I don't know about any other appointments that I'm aware of.
Speaker 4:Well, we didn't know about that.
Speaker 1:Okay, we already touched on this, but during the season, the biggest issue was the fish chain. We didn't talk about that. Right? Do referees under your remit or under the commissioner's remit?
Speaker 2:The referees are under the commissioner. However, there are changes that we have to make in regards to that. Now, a lot of people tend to as with many things in the league a lot of people complain right, but nobody's put their name forward. Right, we had a short start to the season or a quick start to the season, and rightly so. We tend to move with what was going on. Right, which was easier for us to get set up in order not to delay the league. We're going the or we're in the offseason now somewhat, because we still have to do All-Star Weekend and Nationals, but in the offseason, we're going to submit for other people to volunteer to be referees, go to training, et cetera, because, yes, I admit we have referees. That should not be reffing.
Speaker 5:Right. Yes, I admit we have referees. That should not be reffing.
Speaker 2:Mr.
Speaker 5:VBA. I can stop you one second. It's not a volunteer.
Speaker 2:I mean you do get paid. They're getting paid, yes, but I mean you still have the volunteer time.
Speaker 1:How come I ain't get paid for holding the market all day? No, you's volunteer for that, LD you get paid, I get paid.
Speaker 2:LD is an enforcer, so you all know. So hell with me.
Speaker 1:I was asked for one of your committee members and you're going to pay it strong as kickers.
Speaker 6:I have a question well one.
Speaker 4:I have a statement that was made by the same person. I told to reveal themselves because I don't want to call them, because I'm promoting the brand, but they say the referees ain't only bad when it comes to the Lions, it's bad for everybody. That's what we've been saying all season Jackass, whoever it is. One, number two, the question to you, I guess Reggie, who will be the referees for Nationals?
Speaker 2:If they want to ask that. I mean, that's not been decided as yet, but naso and freeport has to collectively, collectively decide on who's going to be referees, because we have to include their refs as well. Right, um, I think I think I can't speak. Don't take me on this, let me be there, but because we're hosting. I believe that we will have the majority of the refs, but there'll still be one or two refs from Freeport, minimal Let me be the head ref.
Speaker 1:They could be WWE. They ain't going to shit. Fair enough, Back to your point.
Speaker 2:We are hoping to get more people to volunteer to be a part of the referee collective so that we can improve the officiating.
Speaker 4:So I have a next question before we go on this. I know the All-Star game. You guys are trying to reimplement the All-Star game. Last second was a pullout, for whatever reason. I mean, I thought it was kind of hard to pull it off right after championship anyhow, and I'm out of breath. It's making me laugh. Breathe, my, my agent. He's my boy though. You're the best. But what are future plans for the All-Star game going forward this year? Do you all have a date for it?
Speaker 4:Because I mean, I can give you a suggestion on the show. I mean what I would think I would say. First of all, don't divide the teams into categories. Just put all the best players out there and let two coaches draft who they want One. That's where I get to play against Colmar, don't worry about that, but it's all about fun. It's all about getting to play with people who you don't normally play with. Number one and number two. Why don't you all have the all-star game before Nationals if it's about to happen? So you have an all-star game. Obviously, the Predators and Bahama Rock cannot well, bahama Rock isn't free-porting here, but the Predators won't allow have their players in because they have to play a national game.
Speaker 5:But before the so it would be a two-game.
Speaker 4:Yeah, before the national game you would have an all-star game that would draw more fans too.
Speaker 2:That's a good idea, and then you would the Nationals. So typically right I mean ideally how we would want it to run is similar to the NFL in a regular season, where we would do the all-star game before the championship game so that everyone could be involved in it and they didn't see him like, oh well, it's only an all-star game, so I ain't going. That's the reason why the NFL does it right. But as it is, when we were planning to have the all-star game, we had members the championship team were thinking of not participating because they was thinking about nationals, right, but they, they take apart san juan but carry on.
Speaker 2:I don't know, I don't know carry on.
Speaker 4:You drop the list. You drop the list. I the list.
Speaker 3:No, no, no, Carry on.
Speaker 5:In any event.
Speaker 2:we haven't finalized those dates yet, but we're hoping to get a communication out before the end of the week in regards to All-Star, In two weeks because your communication skills. Sir, sir, leave the boss in the boss, sir. Thank you.
Speaker 4:Boss in the boss. What did you do for me now? Yesterday was boss. Yeah, what'd you do for me now?
Speaker 5:Boy, I would go boy. You just sketch yourself in all type of problems.
Speaker 4:You know, you know, you know, the fun thing about life is, you know, if you were the female for 15 years oh Lord. If you were the female for 15 years and you do everything for her. You make one mistake she's gone, not necessarily.
Speaker 4:Well, she ain't gone. You never do nothing for her. I can agree with that. I know you can agree with that. I would hope so, unless I request your sexuality. It's what you do for me now. I don't care about what the past says. That's what I'm. It's what you do for me now. I don't care about what the past says, or?
Speaker 2:whatever, no, well, that's what I'm saying, so allow me to do for you now. That's all I'm saying.
Speaker 4:Okay.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I was referring to his comment of two weeks, but now, it's this year.
Speaker 4:You weren't about what happened last year. What are you talking about now?
Speaker 2:I ain't talking about last year of days in the past, and he would date us for Nationals.
Speaker 1:I'm telling you. We love that communication you haven't had it yet and you're going to look at this.
Speaker 2:So a part of the issue is it's not just Nassau teams, and even if we are hosting it, we still have to do it in conjunction, because guess what we could say Nationals is the second week in August, and if Freeport can't make it, then you don't have nationality.
Speaker 1:Freeport never wrote down money they ain't going to make it.
Speaker 2:I'm just saying it's all about compromise. We can't see them as the bully. Okay, y'all come in this time. We ain't saying that what they say is gold, but we still have to consider all of that we have to have a compromise in it all. That's why I say before the end of the week, I believe you'll have the communication out to the members of the league.
Speaker 4:I mean it's kind of funny too. Why I said it? Because you have sign wars going on, so you have Freeport teams and national teams taking part in that, and then also you have what is called the Freeport tournament in August. Well, the submission, the original thought was to do nationals the first week in September. So if you would have said that we would not have to go through all this, yeah, but it doesn't make no sense me saying that and it's not finalized Tentative you have ever heard of.
Speaker 1:Tentatively, come on man bro, you just used it earlier. Now you say call your supervisor boy, call Tito on the phone, because you know what you're doing.
Speaker 4:But I mean, let's be real, the problem right there and I'm not talking about you, I'm talking about the board as a whole. You guys always try to hold things in until last minute and say, hey, we finally make our decision, let's give it to them. You can say, hey, tentatively, this is what the data is, we plan to do Now. If it don't come to that day, say, hey, yeah, well, we weren't able to make it to this date, we have to push it back to this date. That's better than you coming to me and telling me a week or two days, three days before and be like, hey, this is what it is, because now you're last minute. At least let me know. Well, hey, more information about to come, but right now we're looking at this date. That's what it is. All, right, I than this.
Speaker 2:That's just my stupid silly advice you still a lawyer, I need no lawyer.
Speaker 5:Thank you, Lord.
Speaker 4:I can be real, that was one of the bigger problems. No, like I said, that was one of the first things that we said I can tell you, a lot of people, a lot communication, A lot of people was complaining about that, saying the league was late with a lot of stuff. I mean, other than that, I mean y'all did a lot of good stuff. Hats off to you guys. I mean you can see the league progressing, don't?
Speaker 2:get me wrong, it is, it is.
Speaker 4:But that comes with the territory.
Speaker 2:What do we expect?
Speaker 4:man, I'll be real. You have to always remember make sure, satisfy. We live in a world of social media. Satisfy social media before you do anything else. It might sound like a joke, but that's what it is, bro. Satisfy social media before you do anything else. It might sound like a joke, but that's what it is, bro. Satisfy social media before you do anything else. The simplest the standings. All you're doing is adding one winner, one loss, 10 plus two points, that's 12. Pretty simple. Get that out. You understand what I'm saying. Now, that distracts them. Although you ain't doing the work in the background. You don't distract them because you don't give them the standards. So they're looking at the standards because they want to see where their team is, they're getting a talk about that right now.
Speaker 4:They forgot that you ain't set the schedule for next week yet, because they weren't talking about that. They want to see where their team is. It's all about distraction, optics, smoke.
Speaker 5:Smoke and mirrors. I'm just.
Speaker 4:I'm just thinking about Nationals, I'm just thinking about Nationals being in September.
Speaker 1:I think that's playing Too close to the October tournament. Y'all still Is the league still Planning on doing the October tournament?
Speaker 2:In October? Yes, there's still gonna be An October tournament, and which?
Speaker 1:venue Y'all Cause Multiple games, so y'all gonna do With that in October. And which venue? Also Because multiple games, so you all are going to do it at. You all think of doing Thomas A.
Speaker 2:Robinson or DW Davis, because I know Well the venue has not been decided, but we are trying to, or we're in talks to, make DW Davis our home field, but we're still in communication with them. Obviously, they would have had a schedule of events before we were, before we approached them, um, when we were in desperate, desperate need, um. So we have to work with them and we're still talking with them to try and confirm. So I can't.
Speaker 4:We don't have a venue confirmed for october tournament, as yet I mean I, I I don't see dvd davis being the fear. Yeah, because't forget. I mean you guys have five on well, not you guys, but the league has five on five. They also have the nine on nine, the female. It's a lot of games. I mean why don't y'all get this person on the team? Because I don't want to promote the brand. I can tell you who it is. Obviously, that's their name. Anyway, it ends with platinum. So obviously, no, it's a drink. I'll leave it like that. Why don't get them the sponsor today? So we go by the soccer stadium.
Speaker 6:That's a good idea. Mr.
Speaker 1:Platinum whoever you may be, or Mrs Platinum. Minner-roscoe-davis thing.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 4:Well, we're in talks with a few venues. But yeah, I mean, I don't think DW Davis is big enough.
Speaker 2:Well in consideration.
Speaker 5:yes, For a tournament like that.
Speaker 4:I don't think it's big enough.
Speaker 5:That'll be a week-long tournament.
Speaker 2:No, but oh you mean DWD.
Speaker 1:So we finished with the VP. I want to talk to Reggie as the player now.
Speaker 4:Go ahead. We're dying for us to get out of here.
Speaker 1:Okay, let's get real quick. Okay, playing-wise right. You've been in the league a lot of years, right, a long years. A lot of players and the fans are saying that you have been past your prime. You need to hang it up and focus on the league. What do you have to do on?
Speaker 4:this. Can I come up with your phone, because I see it on the script.
Speaker 1:This is my question.
Speaker 2:So the last person who made that comment to me Was me. No, no, no, it wasn't you, and I won't call his name, but he's a friend of the show Body cake. No, no, no.
Speaker 4:The last person.
Speaker 2:Why are no, no, no.
Speaker 6:The last person. Mr Butler was the last person to make that comment to me and I put 2E.
Speaker 2:He sent us in the ground the same week he made the comment. So I don't feel like I'm past my prime, but I may be.
Speaker 3:I may be nearing it. Shout out to Kaleck on the live.
Speaker 4:But what the fuck you doing boy?
Speaker 3:I want to tell Kaleck something.
Speaker 4:Let me make a note so I can answer that shit. What the fuck you doing, bro Kaleck? I have something to tell you. No, bro, hold on, hold on.
Speaker 6:But you're saying Reggie.
Speaker 1:There's a viral clip of in the line square but I've been to Lions play. The pride is when the center push you out of the frame like 15 yards.
Speaker 4:What happened on that play. He's auditioning for the water boy.
Speaker 1:What happened on that play Well.
Speaker 2:I think it's important Everybody's have a bad play. That was one of my bad plays as well.
Speaker 1:But you had like eight bad games.
Speaker 2:Sir, sir.
Speaker 3:Did he have a good game this?
Speaker 2:year.
Speaker 4:Speak for actually Probably against the Hawks. Come on, Reggie, Reggie, Reggie All right, that's my boy. I can't let you run. No, no, no, no, no, no, I can't let you run.
Speaker 3:I had a good game this year.
Speaker 2:I asked him no, no, no, no, no, I asked him.
Speaker 1:I can't, I. So how much longer do you see yourself playing?
Speaker 2:I might probably get another year or two in me, still a player.
Speaker 1:Yeah or two. Yeah maybe you going to be holding the kicks or something man oh wow, Is that it why?
Speaker 3:don't you say that in there this person going hard.
Speaker 4:This person said how much fly puss? Did you record all season?
Speaker 6:They didn't even say socks you ain't got to call it in, I ain't calling it in.
Speaker 3:They didn't even say they been out.
Speaker 2:They didn't even say socks, that's fine. They probably ain't had no blaze themselves, reggie with.
Speaker 1:Cayman, sorry, you got it.
Speaker 4:No, I guess I'm going to say it. The good part about it is, I guess it's going to at least burn our accounts for you.
Speaker 1:Shout out to everybody who's tuning in how Cayman is coming in for sign wars, right, like they normally wear their flag, all their flags waving. I remember October tournament. The dude hit you in with Cayman crossover. I mean he was playing left tackle Do you every time you see that flag?
Speaker 4:do you have like flashbacks, Freddy Cougar? Freddy Cougar is the one that beat you in the Adrien's right.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I get catch on a I get catch again. That was the first time I play online.
Speaker 4:Again Nah, this is nah, this is I mean, it happens right Even even the. I mean it happens right.
Speaker 2:Even the great franchises had bad bliss. I don't remember that Well I remember, but I ain't going to rest now, I ain't going to rest you up.
Speaker 3:Call it.
Speaker 2:In any event.
Speaker 6:Yes.
Speaker 2:When are you going to get?
Speaker 1:Zanty. When are you going to get Zanty? This man, he's a loose lead drug, he's going from dark to white.
Speaker 4:You need to stop drinking. I don't know how they let him on the show again.
Speaker 1:They don't need to go on.
Speaker 3:He was running with two left foot. That's right.
Speaker 1:That's right.
Speaker 6:So I guess we got to get out of here, right.
Speaker 1:Yeah, let's get out of here, though this is a question that everybody wants to know Is.
Speaker 2:San Wars affiliated with the BFF in any way? Not at all. Not at all. You could have asked the gentleman. You could have asked namesake that.
Speaker 1:Hey, I'm real Reggie, this man trying to pocket your rings boy. But you realize we could just crop that and put it in there, right?
Speaker 5:You have a good producer. If it wasn't for Majox and the Lions, I don't think he would have ever had one. But whoa, he's my boy. Whoa, you can say that.
Speaker 6:Whoa.
Speaker 3:Hey, you was with Robbie Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait wait.
Speaker 6:Hey, y'all got a water.
Speaker 1:What are you trying to say?
Speaker 4:I'm.
Speaker 3:Bristock, couldn't you give me that?
Speaker 4:No, but Ambi says he's a better quarterback than me. Oh, he's falling in the trap. How the hell did he fall for that?
Speaker 3:It was a setup bro.
Speaker 5:Exit stage left. So I get on to that. We have no affiliation with the BFFL. Once again, the decision for Tito to come over as the president was to try and park football within itself. Yeah, to help the league, to help the league To support in general. I got you Because we had the conversation and I told him listen to me, san was a BFFL in the same baby.
Speaker 1:Yeah, san was Not yet Come on come on, we in the same, not yet Come BFFL in the same baby not yet come on, we in the same not yet.
Speaker 4:Come on, shout out to your favorite, most favorite player she on the live who is boy Sha? No.
Speaker 1:I ain't her favorite.
Speaker 5:Daddy Sha's my shout out to daddy name, saying I can tell you one thing you say not yet we 10 years ahead of y'all baby that's possible I ain't know that's hand, you as a hand of y'all baby.
Speaker 6:That's possible, I know.
Speaker 4:I know that's possible. That's the truth. That's the truth. Ready to take you up close?
Speaker 1:Let's get out of here, bro. We going, but we want to thank both Reggie, the good one, and the other Reggie. I want to appreciate them for coming on mine Again sign was the 25th to the 27th of July at the Beach Soccer Stadium, at the Beach Soccer Stadium. That is big. It is big dread.
Speaker 4:Like. I can tell you that, since we was oh shit, we even shout out the Freeport thing. So I mean, since we were, we were giving breaking news. You know We'll say this much If they don't force him not to come on the show, but we're working on having Deacon as a special guest next week the Deacon. The Deacon. We would hope that I mean, you know this don't.
Speaker 1:Didn't they let him play last October with the Freeport teams?
Speaker 4:Yeah, that's a 5-on-5 team that I played with, but you know we have a guest on standby. Yeah, we have a guest on standby. Yeah, we have a guest on standby.
Speaker 1:They might lock him in the house and take the key, oh wow.
Speaker 6:You know they measure the guy.
Speaker 1:They just break the key.
Speaker 4:I mean at the end of the day. Let's be real. Hey, he's the champion.
Speaker 1:He's the best receiver in the league.
Speaker 4:So I mean, why not him? Yeah, you know.
Speaker 1:But, dog, we need a shout-out to Freeport Champions though, yeah go ahead. Well, we had the Bahama Rock boys defeat the Three Links Bad Boys. We scored 14-13.
Speaker 4:Good game, yeah. Horrible decision by my boys, the Three Links, the Three Links, bad Boys. Horrible decision. I don't care what you say. There's no justifying that you score time or on the clock. They're going for the win. Go for it. Win a championship.
Speaker 6:Tied Go to overtime, bro, this ain't just a regular season.
Speaker 4:Kick the field goal. You have the only kicker in the league. Kick the field goal, go to overtime, lose in overtime or win in overtime. I guess I was thinking right.
Speaker 1:You realize I watch the feed the live.
Speaker 4:You couldn't watch it.
Speaker 5:We tried to watch it.
Speaker 1:Hold on hold on, hold on.
Speaker 5:I have a punchline set up Starling, sorry we talked more about the game than they did oh wow, oh shit, and that little thing we just did.
Speaker 4:Yeah, oh wow, let me say something else. Three links. Y'all Go for the kick, that's more, but I ain't going to lie.
Speaker 1:I know I ain't watch the game because the feed was trash, but them two players, what I saw on social media, vin Drex shout out to Drex too MVP that dude was like five yards past the line of scrimmage. He showed a touchdown. That was crazy. That was crazy Again. I mean the referee's right there, yeah, but it is what it is. I'm going to be interesting to see who they cheat for this National.
Speaker 4:Well, don't forget, they come in Nassau and Radley's picked the referees right, buddy.
Speaker 1:Make sure the mic on. I am your lawyer again.
Speaker 5:I am your lawyer. Once again, he pleads the fifth.
Speaker 1:Yeah, but we got to get out of here. But again, thank you for Reggie, the real Reggie coming with the breaking news, with the rings, with the future Hall of Famer, the pro bowler, the flick in the mouth.
Speaker 4:Yeah, hey, hey, partnering, that was some big news. I mean that was big. Yeah, that was big.
Speaker 1:So I definitely want to shout out and thank you.
Speaker 4:That'll be major.
Speaker 1:Thank you to Reggie Nolts for coming through and dropping them news and since we call full names, you might as well call your full name.
Speaker 4:Call yours hey, hey, hey.
Speaker 5:Whatever's a pleasure, guys, anytime you want to have me, no matter what it is.
Speaker 4:I'll be available Again, I mean after a successful sign was with Ria Speck, I mean, and you know we call you guys- and I guess we plan to take it straight into October and then we'll break off without.
Speaker 5:And, by the way, on this side of this, a part of Zion was we are the best baby. There you go, there you go.
Speaker 4:We only deal with the best. Thanks, reggie, yeah.
Speaker 1:No, but for real. We would appreciate the VP for coming through. A lot of people scared to start seeing you raised your commissioning, whoa whoa, whoa.
Speaker 6:Hold on.
Speaker 4:I know we're trying to get on here, but someone say I can tell you what LT Real Name is Woo, and they said it's in the chat.
Speaker 6:Say don't follow it up you do realize in the chat, I can't do it with that.
