Speaker 4:Fox, the Deacon, my man For more than one reason For more than one reason.
Speaker 1:Ordered off the field, kids would be like him. I wouldn't be like him when I was older than him. That's the shit. So we have Jay. Like that man is just a letter, like a symbol. A Jay Like how they put the Zorro that man is just a Jay. Welcome to the show, my brother.
Speaker 2:Thank you, man. How you feeling today, though? Feeling good man, that's good man, sorry, good, ready to go.
Speaker 1:So let me ask you this right. First, I welcome you on the set again. Thank you, Give us a brief. You got these big-ass trophies in there, Drake.
Speaker 2:Yeah, baby, yeah man.
Speaker 1:I just dressed the table man.
Speaker 2:You know, is the back-to-back championship champions of the league. So this is 24. This is 25. And this is what the Hawks did this year Mid-season champ the pennant.
Speaker 4:Pennant winners. Okay, that's a big difference in trophy. They changed administration. They did New board For real, for real.
Speaker 1:So you're trying to say Van Dyke and Bianca was doing something? Well, I mean, I ain't trying to say Van Dyke and Bianca was doing something.
Speaker 4:Well, I mean I ain't trying to say it, I say it Thinking small. If you listen to podcasts, then you know what's going on.
Speaker 3:I mean I ain't afraid to say what I got to say. Why do them drink at the same time? Just now, that was real talk, you saying it.
Speaker 4:I mean it is what it is, it sounds so. Yeah, I have a different feeling for him than you have. A different feeling as in different from what we feel.
Speaker 2:No, I think you're one bitch.
Speaker 1:Yeah man, 100%, All right, all right, okay, so give us a brief insight of your sports career.
Speaker 2:My brother, oh, man, to be real, I'm a baseball player. Okay, I went off to high school on a scholarship to play baseball in Florida. Later, two years later, I went off to college in old Nebraska. Four-year, four-year full-ride for baseball.
Speaker 1:Okay.
Speaker 2:I was a starting outfielder so I played left, right and center. That explains the hands, you know.
Speaker 3:And the tracking ability To track the ball Exactly.
Speaker 2:So you know, just playing four years of baseball. Um, I went. Well, let me go back. So when I was younger I played every sport. You know track volleyball. You grew up in nassau, I grew up in that, so I've gone and raised with that.
Speaker 1:So I don't know freedom farm freedom farm backyard.
Speaker 2:So, yeah, freedom farm. So, um, just going growing. You know, my sister was the sports. It's tiny, my sister. She definitely did everything in terms of track and field volleyball, so if I was always with her I would have to do those things too.
Speaker 2:So that's how I actually learned how to play these sports. But I had to make a choice. All right, am I going to play baseball? Am I going to play volleyball? Am I going to run track and field? I decided baseball was the best bet. Baseball then transformed into football. My love for baseball went away. Football came. This is what I do now.
Speaker 1:How long have you been playing for the brothers?
Speaker 2:Three years now.
Speaker 1:I feel like you was in a league like when, seven years, yeah, probably all the shit.
Speaker 2:Yeah, that's all highlights too, though Exactly Boom.
Speaker 1:So what was it about the Predators that draw you to them, make you select that team?
Speaker 2:Well, my cousin brought me to the Predators. We was on the porch chilling, you know, having a little.
Speaker 1:Who's your cousin?
Speaker 2:Thumping J. We was on the porch chilling, you know having a little who's your cousin Thumping Chimene Manny.
Speaker 3:Yeah, manny Okay.
Speaker 2:He said we was on the porch chilling. I just came back from the States, fresh off the plane, he said, bro, let's go to fly my practice man. And I said, all right, and I fly football too easy, man, you know. So I gone out there. Ball too easy, man, you know. So I gone out there, uh winton was throwing rodgers out there and uh went into seven balls at me and um, I caught all seven of them. So it kind of shifted the room like who the hell is this? You know what I mean. Like running the routes, you know they telling me what to do, but I run the routes and I'm catching it.
Speaker 1:So from there the rest was history but I'm trying to think like I mean, y'all could have made in this matrix and I did have me Before Jay, who was that top receiver.
Speaker 4:Who was their top receiver? Yeah, the.
Speaker 1:Predators, because I don't remember. No disrespect to nobody Show. Get the fuck out. I mean seriously. I remember Shervin. They had Lil Moussi who was underneath, I don't remember who.
Speaker 4:I don't remember who Tristan yeah.
Speaker 1:Trigger.
Speaker 3:Trigger, Trigger.
Speaker 1:Daz.
Speaker 4:I remember Daz. Oh yeah, they always had a line of receivers.
Speaker 2:I just came at the right time, honestly, because there was no one at the time when I first came on to the Predators.
Speaker 1:But didn't Meany used to play for the Rams? Wait, I was getting to that, but I don't want to the Redditors.
Speaker 3:But didn't Meany used to play for the Rams? Wait, wait, wait. I was getting to that, but I don't want to be trapsy yet. So Meany Thumping Okay cool We'll call him Meany, so Meany bring you on, and they cut Meany and keep you.
Speaker 2:That's some cool shit. Come on, they ain't cutting my cousin. That's not what happened Down, down, down. You can't talk on that. No, he bowed out respectfully he told everyone what's going on, how he felt and then he Go on to another team.
Speaker 1:Yeah, he felt they wasn't going to keep him. He quit before he got fired.
Speaker 4:I mean that's a smart thing to do. You quit before you got fired. You're on a resume, you got fired, that's all it is to do. They're good, you're in your fight. You quit before you get fired.
Speaker 2:You're on a resume, you got fired.
Speaker 1:That's all of it, but they're cool too. But, I'm thinking the hitman wanted to keep baseball, so they put up with your boy shit for two years. Who that? Paddy King.
Speaker 3:Paddy King yeah, that's not supposed to be, though the Predators course.
Speaker 4:That's why everyone's trying this. Oh, it comes as a package. If it comes as a package. Don't look the line.
Speaker 3:Because we ain't coming as a package, we come individually.
Speaker 4:When we cut one, we ain't want to all go. You know what I mean. So it ain't coming as no package. Them days are over. I used to call I mean all the what a boy named Julio, Julio, we keep the spots and we keep right, we keep Gucci, we keep the spots and the two best players Got everybody else, got everybody else. I mean, but that's what it is, baby, ain't no pockets around here. We taking the best of the best and that's it. Man Ain't into that, because you won't win, but you ain't pockets win.
Speaker 1:That's a roster spot we ain't into that. I mean it is what it is. Bill J. What is your mindset going into the game? Do you have any pregame rituals?
Speaker 2:My ritual starts from after the last game, after we win or we lose that Monday, back in the lab, from Monday to Wednesday, and then even from Wednesday to Saturday diet, hydration, game planning, exactly what I'm going to do to the defense, how I'm going to fuck them up, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2:That's legit what we do I have receipts for that but it's just game planning and making sure I'm prepared and the team is prepared Me, the head coach and the quarterback making sure we are on one page. We decide on the plays and what we're going to do prior to and then we're going to roll with them.
Speaker 3:So I see you doing the games before the games, warming up. You have your headpiece on warming up and stuff. Yes, what you be listening to be getting hype up. Hype me up, boy, hype me up, that's what you be listening to.
Speaker 4:Who's singing that song? Ld.
Speaker 3:That's a gal or I don't know.
Speaker 4:I know.
Speaker 2:It's a song. That's what you be listening to. What's your song? Strangely enough, I noticed y'all going to open your eyes. I'm like what the hell?
Speaker 4:No, this boy listens to country music I listen to country music and I listen to Christian music before I play. I almost let go, give me one more gospel song the bottom is not yours, it's the Lord.
Speaker 3:He's singing all the graveyard songs. Yeah, that's the one that grew up in my mud house listening to the rhythm, the rhythm.
Speaker 2:Yeah, man, country music, do it for me, what's your hype song Come here. Hype song, I mean shoot it ranges. For me, my go-to would probably be some Lil Union, you know when. I'm ready to rock and I'm ready to roll yeah.
Speaker 1:I mean I got out the Boosie Boo Boosie, boo Lil Boosie. You got to have the boozy boo Boozy, boo, little boozy or that little meek Millie.
Speaker 2:Man, if I play boozy I might come out into art or something. Maybe come out too hype, you know what I mean.
Speaker 3:Too hype, yeah, maybe calm. Turn it down now. Turn it down, turn it down, turn it down.
Speaker 4:That's worse than being not hype at all. Really Over hype is a killer yeah, thinking, doing the wrong thing. Game plan goes out the window though. Really, yeah, I bet you on that.
Speaker 1:Yeah, this season, even when missing two games to the suspension, you were again. I still can't believe it's only your third, fourth year. Yeah, third year, third year I feel like you've been dominating for like seven years. But anyway, how does that make you feel? I mean, yeah, being suspended for two games and still being one of the top? We feel like it's the top receiver in the league.
Speaker 2:Well, you know the suspension. It actually gave me an opportunity to sit down and reflect. You know how are you affecting yourself, how are you affecting your team? Are you affecting the people around you who care about you or who want to see you do good For me? I sat down at night and I got some rest. I saw come, I was able to come back and kill niggas, but I got some rest.
Speaker 2:And I was able to reflect and able to game plan even more for when I come back and cut their ass. So for me, I just wanted to chill out, relax and just be in the moment of saying hey, taking accountability for what I did and then moving forward, how I'm going to move forward, the best way possible.
Speaker 4:So did you decide to sit down and reflect, or the team sat you down and you just reflect? I sat down and reflected.
Speaker 2:Personal decision Personal decision, that's cool.
Speaker 4:I mean, well, we can see in the coming years if it ever change anything, Right? But I mean that's what it is. I mean you got to try and take what's bad and try to see how it can turn into good. Exactly, I mean, so I commend you for that. I mean at the end of the day. Sometimes we're so caught in the moment we never get to really understand that we are the problem.
Speaker 3:You know what I mean.
Speaker 4:Like on the show, we know healthy is the problem. Fuck.
Speaker 1:But you know what's so crazy? Speaking of caught in the moment, boy, we're so excited to have you on part of the show. We even tell you congrats on chiming shit, my brother.
Speaker 2:Thank you, man, I appreciate that. Yeah, buddy, I had a brain freeze.
Speaker 1:Back to back champs. Congratulations again, man. I just think about that. That's crazy, but we joke about you, we all joke. Me and you have an inside joke where we talk about KJ and his pops, kj Senior, where you say he was the grandfather right. What makes you such a tough cover? And I notice a lot of top cornerbacks don't follow you.
Speaker 2:You they don't like what makes you such a touch cover right now, in this moment, like in this, my third year, no one could really stop me right now, um, but my, my confidence comes from being able to beat whatever defense it is, being able to swerve through traffic and get open. I'm always open. So I mean, for me, I just have to beat you. If I beat you, I have to worry about everyone else because they pay attention to me. Someone else open. I'm not a selfish guy. You know, if I am covered by two or three people, someone else got to be open. So for me, I'm either going to be the person who opens and scoring the touchdown or I'm going to pull everyone to my side.
Speaker 1:Team sport, team sport yeah, so, speaking of covering, it was a play when y'all played the Hornets. I think this was for the midseason championship and, like you, was just standing up and just trash-talking.
Speaker 4:Shabagni yeah, them two was talking.
Speaker 1:And I'm like you was just clowning them or you just like bro.
Speaker 4:I was clowning them. I mean, what was that conversation like? If you care to share With who? With Butler, I think the game was out of reach. It was out of reach. Yeah, y'all just running the ball.
Speaker 2:He finally came over to my side and at that point they're not going to show me the ball anymore. They feel like if I do so much they're not gonna, they can shut me down and then go to someone else. So at that point he came too late and I was just like, bro, if all not come to me, you follow me too late. I don't come in the beginning of the game. So if you're really that guy, that best dv in the league, you should be there early on but like told you that we already said that I mean we, we always told told him.
Speaker 4:We always telling him that. Yeah, so I agree with that. But I mean, I think it's one play where Neville ran the ball and he ran to your side, yeah, yeah, you know, butler's a better man than me because you are never been hurt, because I think Neville end up running in the back of you because you're just standing there. Yeah, he's putting you on yeah, yeah he should have, yeah, standing up straight or what.
Speaker 4:I can take that shot I mean, if the run going the opposite way, yeah, we can stand at all with the run coming this way.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I mean I see the run supposed to go the opposite way. That's why okay, oh, if it was, I would have blocked. I like the block.
Speaker 4:Yeah, besides catching and catching touchdowns I like the physical contact too I mean, I feel, I feel that's how um most well with me when I used to play receiver um, I took pride in blocking. Yes, that got me in the game more. Yeah, man, so when we come out with a run play, you know, I mean I, I already send the energy up and I mean I already block I in the game. Now, right, right, I mean it's an adrenaline going by times the ball come my way.
Speaker 4:It's much easier for me and I mean so I I agree with that, but we have a have a lot of dudes in the league a lot of receivers who don't care to block, take a selfie video and thing over here.
Speaker 1:Check him out. What's going on, boy? I?
Speaker 3:don't know why the boys do this to me Dog.
Speaker 1:I just look over and they can do this to me.
Speaker 3:It was not a selfie, it was somebody. A fan on the show said something and I sent a video. What did they say? Don't do me like that man. Sorry, Bob, but you was making too much of this, bro. I sure you read it.
Speaker 4:I sure you read it. They said we have three cameras here, yes, and you got to send a video to them Okay.
Speaker 3:Okay, he's still playing, you're still playing, you're. So I just do a quick view. So you consider yourself a legend. Yeah, but I had my good times, but you all know that. But it's tough.
Speaker 1:You waste your time in fighting.
Speaker 4:Hold on, let him finish, he's out of his number.
Speaker 3:Hold on, but them times every year I used to make the All-Star. I was the lead with the soccer on my team. How?
Speaker 1:did. They used to pick the All-Star back then. I don't matter, you see what they said. I was good at a two, so it don't matter. I wasn't there, but however it was yeah, I'm on it. So anyway, sorry, I apologize right, because he just came in for a little bit. So, speaking of Butler, do you think he's top five corners in this league still?
Speaker 2:Butler.
Speaker 3:I should give you a top five yeah, yeah, it ain't butler.
Speaker 2:Um, I go with, I'll go with kj for sure, number one, yeah, definitely, give me the best work. Um, um, I gotta go with nev, you know, definitely, again, I know they have they, they're saying about it, but we talking about now, because now they didn't play um. There's not many two cornerbacks I remember honestly.
Speaker 2:I respect Brandon, you know he has high IQ, he just you know I'm able to work him, I'm able to beat him. Kj Brandon, I like when he be over me, but he's not really a corner Safety just had to come down, but I can't really think about any. Y'all can help me with some names.
Speaker 4:But y'all better step up. The guy from Avengers. What's his name? Tim Fari, timmy Fari.
Speaker 1:Timmy and Fari what's?
Speaker 2:your name. Timmy, play too far back. Fari, talk too much. That's why I got to ask him. You don't think he's backing up though? Fari, I've See, I rate you on how you can stop me, how you can deflect my route.
Speaker 1:That's your job, or take me off of my route.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 2:If you are unable to do that, you cannot talk to me.
Speaker 3:So when he on you, he don't stop you, he don't stop me.
Speaker 2:I mean the ball when the run play going that way, or the ball going that way he order the play. He's strapping me like bro the ball going down the hill. You strapping bro. The play was not designed to come to me, my nigga.
Speaker 3:You know they have a Ricky number 69 named Jordan. No, he's right number 96, bro
Speaker 2:That's the safety for them 69.
Speaker 3:He's number 69.
Speaker 1:He's number 69. He's a safety, he's a safety. He's the caught up.
Speaker 2:Yes, he have an argument in front of you. Nose up, nose up, they wouldn't dare. They wouldn't dare.
Speaker 1:But because of him, like me and Keisha need to like, fight him and take that number off him Because of me 69,. You got to at least be someone.
Speaker 4:But I ain't going to let you slip with that.
Speaker 3:I mean before he came into the league. You say you was the only good 69 also, so now you're saying Let me clear up.
Speaker 4:Let me clear up.
Speaker 1:Hold on, you could roll that back and I say unpopular. She's popular. I said unpopular, okay.
Speaker 4:I mean, I expect you to say that I can get there. We're dealing with a player right now.
Speaker 3:I can't touch the coach. You're in there, the player right now. You can touch the coach You're in there yet.
Speaker 1:You're in there yet, Okay. So this is a question, right? Do you feel like you're the star player or the black sheep on the Predators?
Speaker 4:You can say both. If you want, you can give him a choice.
Speaker 2:You know black sheep, you know VodBibles.
Speaker 4:Whatever y'all, whatever it's saying out there, whatever is happening.
Speaker 2:It's San Odell. Whatever is happening, the energy I get from my teammates is not of that.
Speaker 3:They know they need you? No, I wouldn't say that I'm telling you that's what it is. I said that on the show numerous times.
Speaker 4:What did you say?
Speaker 3:Say, with the altercation and all this stuff, Jay's still going to be the man on the team. They need him.
Speaker 4:They do. You let Jay walk that end. No, that ain't, that ain't, that goes without saying. You understand what I'm saying. You could be the star player and still be the black sheep. You understand what I'm saying, Like I mean that ain't gonna change how that works. I mean, how that works, I know, I know.
Speaker 3:The star player gonna always look good.
Speaker 4:No, but you still could be the black sheep.
Speaker 1:I don't have to go out and party with y' he would you all my point. But in the game he's the man right. So you say you stop playing. We agree with. So I could just say it off the record. Why does it seem like this? Keep you particularly on a leash, but there's a lot of players like animal, just run them up see as a six-time champions.
Speaker 2:You know back-to-back multiple times. They have certain standards. They have certain principles they rule with. They're not just wild and crazy and do a bunch of stuff, but they actually have some principles that they go upon and for me it's teaching me the way of the predator way. I am a predator.
Speaker 4:You said a toddler in the predator camp. Say it again. You said a toddler in the predator camp. I am a Predator. You still a toddler in the Predator camp. Say it again you still a toddler in the Predator camp. No, I ain't a toddler. You still a toddler, I mean you only been there three years. Those dudes been there from. That's true, yeah, so that's why I say it like that you just off, you still on your rookie contract, bro. You know what it is.
Speaker 2:But I mean go ahead, lt Anyway.
Speaker 3:They call themselves the dark side and they're afraid because you's Anakin. They're trying to teach you the way. They don't want you to know the dark side way. Right, right, right. Because you know what Anakin, who he become Dark Vader. I don't know who the fuck that is.
Speaker 4:You don't understand. You don't understand that I can't know who the fuck that is. You don't understand. You don't understand that. I can never know who it is.
Speaker 1:You know what? Star Wars is man? Mother of Freedia, you showing your head bro Let me see it again. You watch Star Wars though.
Speaker 2:I never seen Star Wars.
Speaker 4:What Iceberg Cycling?
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 4:So I heard you talking about the Predator, you know. Basically you're saying they're a well-organized franchise. Yeah Right, cool. So that's why your legal representative is supposed to come with you today. Oh wow, oh, not really, I mean. I mean, are we that bad? Like I mean.
Speaker 2:No, it ain't y'all. I think it was me. Honestly, I am a professional, so what would you see out in the football fields? Now I am in the office and I'm on your team.
Speaker 4:That that's. That's all of us right, just so you know so, except lt it's your boy lt but I just talked like that on the whole loop.
Speaker 3:What are you talking about?
Speaker 2:so with with my, with my care of myself out there, you know they just feel as if it would have been best if someone was here. But you know I can say what I want to say and you know, for the team, I represent the team well, you know, I'm well educated and I am a champ. So they got to, they got to roll with that.
Speaker 3:You see, you bring trophy, you wearing shirt you got a big ring on your finger.
Speaker 2:Predator in my blood, man. You see, I mean.
Speaker 3:I didn't.
Speaker 4:Predator's in your blood too. I'm not going to lie to you.
Speaker 3:It's cold boy.
Speaker 2:Wow, how you done this. At the end of the day, it was his decision, man. It was his decision.
Speaker 1:So you say you were asking the question about the suspension right? No, yeah, we touched on it, hang on.
Speaker 4:So that's what happened. I understand what happened, the incident that led to the suspension. Obviously you know. Watching the video, it showed where you were, I guess, frustrated, for lack of better words, I can't say. But looking, that's how it looked. What got you to that level to actually swing, because it looked like you swing. You know what I mean. And then that's what started the whole altercation, where you came over whatever, the case may be, but what started the whole altercation where he came over? Whatever the case may be, um, but what?
Speaker 3:what cost you to get to that that point? See, look, you don't have dance. If you don't want to come on small things, bro, sit small um I thought a fly was over.
Speaker 2:There are you looking anyway so I the problem I have in most tvs is they think they could come, come up to me and give me a little bit of press, and you know they could stuff me or they could stop me and strap me. But I like when you're close, because after I beat you it's a problem. That's why you shouldn't come close. But if you play back, I also could beat you and that's a problem too. But I actually like when people come up and press. But the problem was you know he held me, like when people come up and press.
Speaker 2:But the problem was you know he held me. So in swimming off of him, you know I swim with the one arm. Then I came around with the next arm. They get off me and that's what happened. It was nothing malicious, it was nothing intentional. I shouldn't have done it at the end of the day, but at the same time, you know I have to wear it. You know I have to wear it. You know move on and try to try to be better next time and something like that happens.
Speaker 4:I feel like that call outside being game enough for me that call, that call outside. I'll get you humble bro. I mean now it's a lawyer on the phony no but I mean so. Some may say I mean again, that's the predatorator way. Yeah, because they're known for throwing punches to the face. Facts, obviously, I mean I'll give you the chance to clear the air. Yeah, is that taught in your camp? To throw punches? Yes, no, boy, them fists look the same though.
Speaker 2:No.
Speaker 4:Not at all, Not at all, but I mean, obviously you know what I mean. Again, that's a what's his name? Who you go against on the line? Fadad Fadad, Anibal Ba Ba.
Speaker 2:I don't know what they do in the trenches.
Speaker 1:Phil Phil, calm down, he's not as dirty as he used to be.
Speaker 4:Well, I mean true, because I'll catch his sense Oliver Kelly Only. But you mean he wasn't as dirty as he used to be in the championship gaming. You forget, you forget. Avengers the Avenger guy at the 90 Muffet. I'm lying.
Speaker 3:So you all saw the video right.
Speaker 4:I saw the video.
Speaker 3:So what you thought about the video.
Speaker 4:Was that in your group?
Speaker 3:Yeah, I showed it was in the group. What's in the group? It's Harub.
Speaker 2:What you thought about the group.
Speaker 3:It's an honor boat for him to not react. That's a big boy action. He's showing me what to do next time. Because I can't do it. You know what I mean. I can't do it. I dig in notes. I can't do it.
Speaker 2:Whatever?
Speaker 4:That's the best way to get me to react. No, I mean it back, because I know you as a bitch Right right, right, that's what I got from it Like hold on now.
Speaker 3:Like I mean you stop me, I turn my back.
Speaker 4:You ain't try to square me up, no Like.
Speaker 1:That would have been some UFC shit. I put you in a red dick and joke with you. My respect for Phil.
Speaker 4:Yeah, I know one thing One of us was leaving on a stretcher. He didn't beat me, I didn't beat him, but I was going at him Like I mean I took off to him but buddy and I do it, but I dig in those two.
Speaker 1:Speaking of the championship game, I'm still thinking of three catches, 65 yards and two touchdowns. What did you see in our defense that made you be able to get exposure?
Speaker 2:and get him two easy scores. Honestly, you have to endure me going at it every single rep. I'm not going to stop unless I say hi to the Hornets or the Butler.
Speaker 3:I'm going to keep going. You know, what I mean.
Speaker 2:After every time, I'm going to keep going and saying I'm going to run my route and I'm going to beat you every time. But for me, that performance was not even good. It wasn't what I expected in a championship game, and that's because of my preparation, that's because of the game planning, of what's supposed to happen. I was expecting something else but I didn't get it. But the defense was Honestly, you got to put more people on me, oh wow you guys got to put more people on me.
Speaker 2:Oh wow, you guys have to put more people on me. Kj will get the job done. See, I'm giving respect to KJ. He's one of the best out there the best.
Speaker 3:He's one of the best, the best.
Speaker 2:He's one of the best.
Speaker 3:The best.
Speaker 4:If you say one, who would you put over there?
Speaker 2:I would take my TV Ray Ray Stop it.
Speaker 3:You know what I mean? Ray's 24. Cool guy, but no.
Speaker 4:Now we know. Now we know that he's biased. I mean, you can be biased if you want. We're lying so people can say the same thing, right. But now we know that your lawyer actually in your air. Lawyer no man.
Speaker 2:I gopiece, I look for it just now.
Speaker 3:I look for it just now.
Speaker 2:I go up against Ray in practice and he gives me work. That's cool, but that's practice, though you do realize everyone we had on here, everyone, even out there.
Speaker 4:whenever they list who the top receivers are, his name is never mentioned. Why is that Whose name? Top Corners?
Speaker 2:Corners yeah, okay, right, yeah Well, because he's unknown, unknown, I mean just how they describe him. Like they don't know much about him, like they don't know likeifying glass. I've been shying on him like how it was on me. I mean, I don't know timmy so like, like real talk.
Speaker 3:I don't know, I cannot walk up to him and say, hey, timmy, you just know his name.
Speaker 4:I just know the name by what people say I mean um, but I just saying like, I mean I got to know because, like, for example, everyone who you would talk to, an ox, either out there on the field, receivers, or who comes on the show and you talk to them, or whatever the case may be, even in the comments they mention his name. When I say Timmy I said it because I don't want to mention KJ's name, so you can think I'm biased they mention his name.
Speaker 3:So now I get it Timmy, timmy, you know what I mean.
Speaker 4:That's why I ask when he was listing the top DBs. That's why he mentioned his name, Because I don't know him.
Speaker 1:Like if he walk again now I don't know who he is, but hold on. Even when he mentioned his top five, he even mentioned freaking.
Speaker 2:Ray, I didn't finish my top five. He mentioned Neville over. I didn't finish my top five.
Speaker 1:Why can't I say Ray is good, Because in the semifinals Vares had him for jogs. Remember Vares? Had him for jogs, but he had him for jogs. He was open.
Speaker 4:I mean, it comes with the territory. How much balls did he drop, though?
Speaker 3:The guy? What is the number Three? The one who I was saying was supposed to be MVP for the championship game? I think he played better.
Speaker 4:Roddy? No, I think he's playing safety. Who had?
Speaker 2:the two picks Nate Nate, I think he's better than your boy. Yeah, I mean he's good safety, he do his job.
Speaker 3:He play corner, he play corner. He's on the corner, but he play corner.
Speaker 2:He plays it when we need someone.
Speaker 3:And I still think he's better than Ray when he played.
Speaker 2:Oh okay, all right, I see what you're saying I can't speak to that.
Speaker 4:Yeah, you know. I mean, I know you ain't going to switch. I'm trying to get you to it, you ain't going to do it. I see, I see.
Speaker 3:Your boy will ever talk to you in the air piece.
Speaker 2:He's doing a good job. I'm lying Doing a. Do you love the attention or do you feel like that's a distraction for the team? I feel like being the best. The magnifying glass is strictly on you Facts, and everything you do will be scrutinized Facts. So for me, I don't like the attention. I'd rather be low-key in the back with my sunglasses and I'm just saying Listening to your gospel, listening to my gospel music. Yeah, the attention. I'd rather be low-key in the back with my sunglasses. I'm just saying Listen to your gospel, listen to my gospel music. You should read your Bible too. I should read my Bible too.
Speaker 3:That's Deacon, you know, you've been getting it.
Speaker 4:That's Deacon, the ones who I had an uncle. He knew the Bible back to front, front to back and, needless to say, he was a sailor and I live like that.
Speaker 2:Yeah, yeah yeah, I sail, I sail too, yeah, there you go oh shoot, but I know it gets me grounded.
Speaker 3:It coming up though.
Speaker 4:This the guy. That's why I asked him to read the Bible, because most the devil himself was an angel Fox. But I mean he want to be low-key. I can't be low-key. You're trending in the wrong direction.
Speaker 2:I mean not really, not really. I mean it's from a particular crew.
Speaker 3:Why do you feel like you can't be low-key?
Speaker 4:You're known nationwide.
Speaker 3:On and off the field, nationwide is on your side In the whole Bahamas, Like I mean but hey, here's what it is.
Speaker 4:Someone got to do it, yeah, oh.
Speaker 2:That's fine. We will do it next year though.
Speaker 4:Oh shit, god damn it. You can see in the future. Shit, god damn it you can see in the future.
Speaker 2:Back to the future, I can see it. Okay, I don't see it. Let me get that out. Let me get that out. Yeah, we getting that.
Speaker 4:It's cool, I didn't mean it, it's just a scam. Anyway, carry on, buddy. What happened, buddy?
Speaker 1:No, I just thinking about what he said. I don't like when you're, you claim to be the best, you have to prove it. Right, like for me. I thought I called myself the franchise because I felt like I'm a franchise player, so I have to live up to that billing, if that makes any sense, right so, I could definitely see what you say. Like dog, don't bark at parka, like they say. Right so, but if you talk to talk, you gotta walk the walk, and that's why, like me and you big fans of Fari, I like Fari as a person, but right now Fari talks more than his players Hold on, hold on.
Speaker 2:You've been saying that I don't pay no attention to Fari.
Speaker 1:Especially after injury.
Speaker 4:Like I think he does get worse. Like me, first of all, I can be real Butler. Before Butler went into coaching. But he was the man he was talking it and he was showing. All of a sudden he went into coaching and then he took a decline and then he ran over. It just went down At no time as a top corner, whether it's on your team or on the league. You tell me you can give your rookie a chance. The guy that talks to you, fox, what Fox? That's never.
Speaker 2:I'm going to tell my QB, I got a rookie on me.
Speaker 4:Fox, I'm not giving the rookie a chance because I mean, let's be real In flag football over here, because it's so physical and we have such good defense inside the league. Ain't much points you hadn't put up, no. So that, one chance you give that rookie and you score that. And that's game. You understand what I'm saying? You can't take a chance with that and that's just what it is. I think he was scared.
Speaker 1:That's like the first time he played all this season when you had that 40-yard. I think on was it Brandon and someone else?
Speaker 2:Brandon yeah, I cussed. No, kj wasn't there. Yet KJ was there.
Speaker 1:He wasn't there yet I'm telling you. No, he was on the next side, because I bet him and I say you need to stop the one.
Speaker 3:Can you count on him?
Speaker 2:After the first play game.
Speaker 3:I cussed him on the frigging. Y'all have a show. Yeah, we got a show. He's playing, he's playing. He had five yards In the championship.
Speaker 2:He got your base screen On the lines.
Speaker 3:Five yards Championship game.
Speaker 2:Base screen.
Speaker 4:Oh, that five yards you mean.
Speaker 1:Big mouth, small hands.
Speaker 4:Yeah.
Speaker 1:What did Eddie call him? Yeah, you can't be saying that the guy.
Speaker 4:The guy who like to video call man at 11 o'clock at night to show a bunch of other men he with.
Speaker 1:He wanted a dick pic from you, my boss.
Speaker 4:Nobody, not me. I don't send them things, that's some weird stuff Moving on.
Speaker 2:He wasn't too happy about that. Huh, he wasn't too happy about that. For what? For him calling you.
Speaker 3:He wanted to see it.
Speaker 4:I didn't answer what I mean. He sent it one time, but the good part about me is I mean I entered that, so I still have that video. Right right, right, yeah, that can be my trump card. Oh boy, yeah, when I finish editing that you saved them.
Speaker 3:Stuff, boy, what.
Speaker 4:When I finish editing that I mean what's going on?
Speaker 2:boy.
Speaker 1:What's going on, boy.
Speaker 3:I opened my phone and go straight to YouTube hold on.
Speaker 4:I have a comment from Alan Flipper here on the live. He's saying what's the secret to the Predators? They've been on the run secret consistency Damien.
Speaker 1:Damien, oh, I Consistency.
Speaker 2:Damien, damien, no, not even Damien. We're not fond of Damien, that dude you sure. Honestly for the Predators no one can beat us, no one can stop what we have. We have weapons both on the offense and the defensive side, right, no, be quiet.
Speaker 4:Go ahead, we nearly finished.
Speaker 2:We nearly finished. I mean, it's a team effort at the end of the day, right, and we come together as a team.
Speaker 4:But you're saying no one can beat you. You guys I mean you guys sold the trophy, so I'll let you slide with that one. But I don't agree with that.
Speaker 2:I don't agree with that, that's cool, so why don't you agree with that? Is the Predators easy to beat.
Speaker 4:Easy to beat, I wouldn't say all easy to beat. They're all beatable, very beatable. So I mean I don't give a dot. But again, like I say, I let you slide because you guys hold a trophy back to back let me ask you a question.
Speaker 3:In the championship game you all have one little trick play and you score on KJ and KJ tell you say it was in a pass and etc. And you're going back and forth. You felt like that was a straight-up play to beat KJ. What? You mean a touchdown, when you what you know they talking about yeah, I know, I know what you're talking about.
Speaker 4:Do I mean what you mean? Straight-up play like X? Because?
Speaker 3:him and KJ was going back and forth and KJ's like he went to go pull Neville fly. That's a play that's a play.
Speaker 4:So first things first. I can hats off to this dude why I said it, because they sold it as a run play. First things first. That's a quarterback, that's the quarterback, that's not the back of quarterback.
Speaker 3:That's the starting quarterback, so he has the ball.
Speaker 4:He never came towards the line. So if he run, he never came towards the line. He never even tried. Block.
Speaker 3:He blocked.
Speaker 4:He did not he came out and he stood there, and when he stood there KJ ran around him and then he went down the field he never blocked. So two things with that, First of all if he.
Speaker 1:So he did an Aussie. He just stood there and let the man go.
Speaker 4:Yeah, that's what he did. So I mean like I say, at the end of the day, that's the quarterback in the back there. They always tell you as a corner, as a safety linebacker. Well, not linebacker, because linebacker could attack it as a corner. That's not your responsibility until he comes across the line, so much. You understand what I'm saying.
Speaker 2:That was a test on his IQ. That was a test on what he was going to do If he decided to stay with me or if he's gonna go. So I think about a receiver. When we're on the line, we have to be deceptive. You want you to think we're going this way, we're going that way, it's the same thing.
Speaker 4:I just see them on that particular play yeah, I mean like I say he just sold it. Yeah, I mean, actually what he did you you always do on all play action players anyhow, you come on, fake the block, go down field. Now the thing with that is and that's how I I could tell you. I mean, I watched the video, but if he came out and he blocked, you know what that is?
Speaker 4:that's a penalty you can't block if you yes, exactly, you can't block and then pass the ball right. So that's why I said what he did was what he's supposed to do.
Speaker 2:He came out. What kj supposed to do is even if he wanted to attack.
Speaker 4:If it was me, if I wanted to attack the runner, I'd run straight through you. Okay, yeah, I'd put you on the ground Because you just that's fake. I mean me personally. If I can't take you with me, the person I'm going to put the fly with, I got to stick with you because I ain't on you. So I mean again, it's a mistake he made because I ain't on you. So I mean again, it's a mistake he made. I mean it's what it is, it's what it is.
Speaker 3:So if you line up 10 players, five Fari, five KJ, who you beating?
Speaker 2:I've been KJ and I've been Fari what the fuck. I've been KJ three out of five. I've been Fari six out of five.
Speaker 4:So I have another question.
Speaker 3:Wait a second Don't you speak Fari to your mic. No, I'm Deli's dog meat.
Speaker 4:I'm Deli's dog meat, so I have a next question for you from the live. The person said do you consider yourself to be a naturally talented player or you have to be trained that way?
Speaker 2:Natural, natural, natural. No one taught me how to catch a football, that's not baseball though. I mean it can play a role in that, I agree. But to come from baseball into football and be able to do the same thing, that could be difficult. Are you able to translate from one sport to the next? And that's where I separate myself.
Speaker 4:So y'all know Fari on the live. Eh yeah, we know.
Speaker 3:We know, we know that's why. Yeah, you didn't pay me. We know, we know that's why. Yeah, we know.
Speaker 4:We know, I mean, it is what it is Six out of five.
Speaker 2:Six out of five that nigga easy bro.
Speaker 4:At the end of the day, I mean, you just got to do something about it Like I said.
Speaker 2:I mean Tell them come with it.
Speaker 4:Come with it, man. At the end of the day, let's go. If you all want someone to throw the ball and you all go one-on-one, we can do it right in the backyard. Let's go Like, show up, man. I can send the location for you. That's the extra content for the podcast.
Speaker 1:Let me try to do the content when I pull up at the red dot practice, the CJ.
Speaker 4:Yeah, and he never.
Speaker 2:That will go to well. What's the form of my minutes? To say what's his name Minif. Minif Say I will win, w-i-l-i, I will, w-i-l-i, I capital, I will beat you Multiple times Easy work.
Speaker 3:But, deacon, I'm going to be honest. I remember week three. We was talking about players. If you pick our favorite or best players in the league, I didn't pick you. You wasn't even in my mind, bro. I ain't going to lie, you wasn't close. A stock receiver? Yeah, I didn't believe in you. I ain't going to lie. I didn't believe in you this year watching you play after them two pick you and I didn't. I was like let me watch how these really play and I see it, so I can tell you now on the show, let me see where it's going. I believe in you. Appreciate you, bro. You're doing a good job. Keep it up, yeah.
Speaker 1:Keep it up. So you mentioned minutes. You mentioned you ready to vote for him. Do it. I believe in you.
Speaker 2:He's a believer. I believe in the boy man he doing big things.
Speaker 3:He doing big things. I watch him put one or two on KJ, and KJ's my favorite corner, so I give him respect.
Speaker 2:KJ giving me the most work this season. All right, here we go For sure.
Speaker 4:Yeah, that's a move for hard work.
Speaker 1:There are rumors that the Predators won't be participating in the All-Star game. What's your views on that? Do you think y'all should play or no?
Speaker 2:Well, initially, you know, the problem was the communication from the board. You could throw that on us within a week, no, preparation.
Speaker 4:We have notches to a fair. We was the same. We was the same. That was terrible, that was stupid.
Speaker 2:Our mind is we ain't focused on all-star, we focus on the national, national. So when it came out that, hey, we're actually going to do it a week before and we sat down and we talked about it, then we said we're going to do it, why not?
Speaker 4:All-star.
Speaker 2:All-star yeah.
Speaker 4:I mean because they push it back in your time to prepare.
Speaker 2:I mean me personally, personally. How do you think the all-star team should be picked? Not the format. They doing the format. The format that they have right now is I can send any player, but but did you work to get on the all-star team? What did you do?
Speaker 4:I agree, and that's what I've been trying to tell him you you need to put the top players. So, for example. I mean, if all the top players come from Wildcats and Hawks, that's who's going to play? No man, no man.
Speaker 2:No man, so listen to me.
Speaker 4:Put Sharp there Again. I agree, listen to me, you're all missing the point. I'm not saying all come from there, because, because obviously there are other players in the league, I only use the two teams, because I represent the Wildcats, you represent the Hawks, so I just use the two teams that are here. You understand, if all the players come from the Lions and the Predators, then you should go with the Lions and Predators.
Speaker 1:That's what I'm saying it shouldn't be all let me put 10 from the Lions Jay Neville and Fat Edmund. You have, you have, you have. I should make it twice, right, because what do you?
Speaker 4:do to Ozzy, because what do you do to Ozzy? He does that he should make it twice.
Speaker 1:Y'all can't be picking on Ozzy. Ozzy is too busy.
Speaker 4:He ain't picking on.
Speaker 3:Ozzy. Ozzy is too busy working on.
Speaker 4:I don't give a rat's ass.
Speaker 3:M that's probably why my boy is on my DM movie, so he's busy doing that. That's probably why the off-roader was doing it, because I mean their star player was doing the same thing.
Speaker 2:I was focused on the Lions. You know, I see Carly, I see your star player, I see Carly.
Speaker 3:I see in the club shaking up. I see that.
Speaker 4:That's what happened. I see in the movie.
Speaker 1:Y'all got strippers in the, y'all got strip clubs in the Bombers, because I see the girls dancing, I said what you mean? I said my boys is waiting there right now. You can get in for a discount. Yeah, man Free. Now I didn't tell him free, because I would do his thing. I pay it. He got something, man, but we're getting this straight. Do you have any questions? We haven't touched it. Hold on bro.
Speaker 4:TikTok just sent me a message. Some comments in the live are filtered to protect the community's experience. What the fuck they say in the chat, bro?
Speaker 2:I'm mad bro. Six out of five.
Speaker 4:Please call negative, but I mean girls, girls, girls, girls, girls. Go ahead, I can ask you a question.
Speaker 1:I'd say we spoke earlier on the suspension of the season. Do you think the other person I'm not going to call any names or not? Oh wow, do you think they got up too early, especially considering how they came and attacked you after the initial model?
Speaker 2:I mean, the only question I have is who was me? If it was me, who did that? I Only question I have is if it was me, if it was me, who did that, I probably would have got six games Expelled.
Speaker 1:I mean, I said, if it was me, Me personally.
Speaker 4:I'm still trying to figure out why you got suspended. I mean, that's straight up. I've been saying that. I mean I don't care what it is, I can say whatever I want to say to you. And if you would talk to me personally, they keep talking about they don't use video evidence right To help the league with calls and stuff like that, but then you're going to go back. A fly wasn't thrown on that play when you threw the punch, or whatever the case may be.
Speaker 4:So how can you go back and now review that? You know what I mean. You need to sit down. You need to watch all this stuff that's going on.
Speaker 3:You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 4:I'll go with the one from the Avengers. Yeah, yeah, yeah, nothing, nothing. You understand what I'm saying. You didn't even hear about it. The videos go around, all of us in the same thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, all in the same thing, they got it, they got the video.
Speaker 1:That's how the video got out Right. It went to them and then someone leaked it. Father pulled me from the back of my neck, slammed me on the floor.
Speaker 4:Oh, father was bragging about that. Yeah, I don't get you.
Speaker 1:They grabbed me from the back of my neck, in front of my. What y'all got going on, man we be battling, right, you know crying, but dude like pulled me like the back here on the run. It's cool, but that's the video evidence, I think Marty made that up for that?
Speaker 4:Yeah, yeah I mean, but my idea was straight up. So let's go to. You have a question about the Nationals. You want to go there? Okay, cool. So we have Kels in the chat. Mikkel, I don't know if you know I'm not Okay cool. I want you to know that. He asked what's the Predators' plan to stop Megatron in the National Championship?
Speaker 1:Because he talking reckless. Who Y'all boy?
Speaker 4:Exactly what's his name?
Speaker 1:That's Wagus Travis. Yeah, travis, I didn't call him Megatron, but Travis.
Speaker 3:Y'all boy, not y'all.
Speaker 4:You talking reckless boy.
Speaker 2:I mean Honestly, our focus ain't even on Megatron, oh wow.
Speaker 4:Well with Kel Zox, so go ahead.
Speaker 2:Yeah, our focus isn't really on him right now. We first got to get an evaluation on the Rock Boys and that's our brother team, so there's nothing we will put past them. We respect them. We know that they're the champs in free ball, but for us we want to look at them as a team. I like that. You know what I mean. What do they present? What do they like to do For them as a team? I like that. What do they present? What do they like to do For us? We will go to the very ends of the earth to make sure that we have every aspect of what they do and we will start. Oh, we know that.
Speaker 3:You sent some guys over.
Speaker 2:No man. They wanted to enjoy the view. Yeah, I know, and that's why they're dead, dead.
Speaker 3:That's what we didn't ask you. Yeah, I know enough. Keep it in, the keep it, keep it on though. So, so, so, don't say y'all players though.
Speaker 4:So, so, so so so the the. The question is, um what the next dude name? Williams Bill Charles, so y'all deleting him out of the Predators shot yet no, he playing with y'all he ain't playing with y'all.
Speaker 2:He ain't playing with y'all. Charles the Predator.
Speaker 1:Okay, he's a brother. I was blocking him, but no man, I mean I treat him like the old guy.
Speaker 2:He showed his loyalty, so that's what we got to go with All right.
Speaker 1:Someone just texted me. He said there's a statement. There's the only reason Show on the team, Because when Bill Comes in town he stays by Show. That's crazy Wow.
Speaker 2:What do you think about that? Actually, show, show has been. He's fallen off a lot, but he's been consistent, consistent with what?
Speaker 3:What Show on the practice? Oh, okay.
Speaker 2:Even in the game On the sideline. He is that person who would be like Bro. It only takes One opportunity, bro, for you to change this game To me. That's what he's saying to me, and show us that not consistently to all team members. He made sure everyone had in the game. I mean, if that's his role right now, that's what he should do.
Speaker 4:Man, that's someone got to do it.
Speaker 1:He's going to give you cold Gatorade. He will do it or back rubs. He's put a damn towel on you or he's put a damn towel on the show.
Speaker 2:He don't do all that, he just keeps us locked in. I was just thinking too.
Speaker 1:Were you like? No, you probably wasn't around when show was. I don't think show was ever elite, show just was okay, mitt Honky, he was okay, correct, I agree, I mean we.
Speaker 2:You was in the league when show was okay, I wasn't yeah.
Speaker 4:You was, I wasn't yeah.
Speaker 2:You was, I wasn't no.
Speaker 3:No, okay, yeah, he was at no point.
Speaker 4:When you came he was in Freeport, or when you came he played once.
Speaker 2:He's a red dot and he left. Okay, okay, okay, he left to go to.
Speaker 1:Freeport. So let's touch on your coaching. Garana, Come on, you coached the Hawks. I don't know why I always mix. Anyway, the Hawks. You coach the Hawks. Are you the head coach or a defensive coordinator?
Speaker 2:I'm the head coach.
Speaker 3:How do you use the defense? Wait, stop.
Speaker 2:With specialization in defense. Yeah, okay, I'm going to make sure, which is weird, right, because I'm an offensive guy.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that was my question To be able to coach the defense.
Speaker 2:I actually enjoy it because I'm able to. For me, my pre-snap read is everything.
Speaker 1:And you know what offense looking at it.
Speaker 4:I just want to say so you, being an offensive player, know exactly what defense is giving you, so you know how to beat the defense Exactly.
Speaker 2:So now it's up to me now to teach them how not to get beat. You know what I mean, because I know you get beat. You know what? Yeah, exactly so. Head coach with specialization in defense, calling I in the defense corner.
Speaker 3:I could be weird. Yeah, your offense, colin, horrible. We'll get to that later. We'll get to that later. I want you to know that, jake. I mean, he fucking knows that I want you to know that Jake, anyway, so let's talk.
Speaker 1:Who's Devon Wong? That's Moosey, moosey, oh, moosey Okay cool.
Speaker 3:Do you want to retire? I always use the R.
Speaker 4:Do you want to retire? Shout out, moosey Cool guy.
Speaker 2:Cool guy Father stop.
Speaker 3:Keno stop, I'm reading everything you're saying, keno stop.
Speaker 1:So, okay, in your second year with the team to championship game was coaching something you always wanted to do, or you asked to do it like you saw, like I interested not, or you was asked to do it well, interestingly, interestingly interestingly enough it was it was kind of forcing my lap.
Speaker 2:They was out there practicing for sound wars or getting in shape, whatever they was doing, and I was with the predators. So they joined in um and I. They just asked meators, so they joined in and they just asked me hey, you want to coach Sanchez? And it's a time when the Wildcats was going through what they was going through and they rejected some players. And therefore we came together.
Speaker 4:No, no, so I wasn't with the Wildcats. It wasn't a rejection, whatever.
Speaker 3:You was with the Wildcats at the time. No, you wasn't I no rejection.
Speaker 4:Whatever, you was with the Wagyats at the time? No, he wasn't. I was coaching Sanwas. No, not that time. Yeah, we coached Sanwas together.
Speaker 3:I beat you in Sanwas remember you did, you did, yeah. He beat you in Sanwas yeah that was the whole. Thing me and him going back and forth on I wasn't.
Speaker 4:I'm the usher. I stand by the doors when things get hectic.
Speaker 1:What did the buzzer tell him? Lock them doors. Usher, lock the doors. Somebody saying that. You know one of our guests on the show, haji. He said they fired him after he got practice. Did you know they was ever going to fire him? And how was your relationship working together? Because he was definitely maybe two, three games before y'all gave him the ax. How was that relationship working with him?
Speaker 2:Haji don't make no sense in life, oh wow.
Speaker 3:He's starting to sound like this the rub kicking it. Yeah, I like this.
Speaker 2:Haji the individual. He's a good person, he can carry a conversation. He may know a little bit of football. I don't know by my conversations, I don't know. I'd be lost. I'd be looking at the road and see what's going on, but he doesn't. I don't know what he presents to a team. So for me, he has the knowledge, he has the understanding of football, but only to like a high school or middle school level. He cannot teach adults, he cannot translate offense and defense to another adult on how to look or how to be a player or a defender on the field. So that's the problem, that's the disconnect.
Speaker 4:Isn't he a coach in the BYU FFL?
Speaker 2:No.
Speaker 1:He ain't coached by us he's a fan? Yeah, his daughter plays. He coached, oh okay.
Speaker 4:Two years ago, but he ain't coached recently.
Speaker 1:All right, anyways.
Speaker 4:So you got fired there too, yeah, speaking like Eddie. Speaking like Eddie.
Speaker 3:But speaking on Haji right.
Speaker 1:Haji is my boy, but I told him because, remember, we had a conversation where I'm saying I want to join a female coaching staff so I can beat Goliath right. Why do it curve me, bro? I say, when y'all interested?
Speaker 4:I say you know why he curve you?
Speaker 1:Because he thought I was going to five minutes out I was like oh JA, don't do it with me.
Speaker 3:At the end of the day, let's be real the job that's better than you.
Speaker 4:Right.
Speaker 1:That's what happened over there. That's the sound stuff. That's exactly what happened over there, you know me. I'm not trying to take nobody's shot.
Speaker 4:You don't have to. You got to realize when the girls decide to take favor of you more than him, automatically you got to ship him out.
Speaker 1:Dude Kurt. I said man, okay, let me just help you to coach your style for Sand Wars. They was like, oh, we ain't start practicing yet. I'm like nigga Sand Wars is next week. No, this was like on last week Wednesday. Yeah, Sand Wars was flicking this weekend, upcoming weekend, Right, I'm like say maybe next week.
Speaker 4:So I say yo, yeah, we fire y'all without even hiring you.
Speaker 1:I say cool yeah.
Speaker 4:He let Haji fire you.
Speaker 1:Yeah boy.
Speaker 2:He let Haji fire you.
Speaker 1:Wow, be like that I ain't going to be in there, I ain't going to bow.
Speaker 2:Come to the right side, come right. You know where to go, me and your associate head coach you got to punch out.
Speaker 3:Somebody got to get fired first, though. No, it could be a punch out. No, there ain't going to be no punch out. It me to say who.
Speaker 1:It could be a punch out. You okay, no, put your mic close to the tank, you okay with me saying it Fuck him, david, I apologize. Sorry, I apologize.
Speaker 3:It could be a punch out. You think that could happen. That ain't going to work. You feel like he Rachel, wait, wait, wait, go ahead. You think he could do a better job than so? He can't really say that.
Speaker 1:But you know the game. I mean Okay, david, know the game too.
Speaker 4:What game? David know that's back-to-back sitting in the corner to do yeah, yeah, but it's cool.
Speaker 1:I wouldn't. Why wouldn't I want to me personally? Me personally, I don't want to go to a team that's already built. If that makes any sense for me personally, you got.
Speaker 3:Kali you got Samoon.
Speaker 1:That defense is nasty, number 10.
Speaker 3:Number 10 is the big girl.
Speaker 4:Y'all are the best offense too, bro, she bad. I don't know her name but she bad bro. I know her as a Panavina, yeah, okay.
Speaker 1:I'm the mid-season.
Speaker 2:It comes down to the last mistake.
Speaker 4:Last mistake mistake, which only mistake, y'all lose. Oh wow the tie catch. This is the podcast I got to get you on the next side, you done talked with this, you got to get your time out, bro.
Speaker 1:Okay. So when you went to the Hawks, were you impressed with the amount of talent on the roster when you arrived, or were you responsible for bringing more time to players on a team culture, or the team culture attracted them?
Speaker 2:When I arrived, for bringing more time to players, or team culture or the team culture attracted them. When I arrived, it was a matter of structure. It was a matter of someone who actually knew what they were doing. When I came, they didn't know what they was doing and it was a few. There's a few players that they was used to. That everyone knew that we got to get rid of. You got to switch it up. You got to make sure that what we come with is tailored to the team, not because we have this play and we run this play for 20 years or 10 years.
Speaker 4:It's all about what you're doing.
Speaker 2:Right, you got to work with what you have, so for me, I came and I saw who I have, what I was going to do.
Speaker 1:You got to build a team around your personnel, and that's what's the switch.
Speaker 2:Everyone saw the difference. Everyone saw the Hawks before and the Hawks after.
Speaker 1:That's why they tell you but fuck off.
Speaker 2:You got to go, you got to go.
Speaker 3:But if you ask me, jay, once again I can shoot this Odell. I still think being at a better offense than me.
Speaker 1:Oh, no that first year when you was an OC last.
Speaker 2:Last year yeah.
Speaker 1:I feel like your offense was better, it's better last year.
Speaker 4:I mean, I honestly think so. You say, you think, you think he him and Dean was better.
Speaker 3:I don't know if it was you or it was Dean.
Speaker 2:It was me All right.
Speaker 3:See your playbook, which you had last year. I love that Last year that was nice, if Avengers.
Speaker 4:What was the score last year? Was it a close game? No, was it a close game or was it a blowout this season, last year, last year? I don't remember the score. I mean, I know you remember the score, but was it a close game? Why I said it is? I mean I feel same thing last year, same thing this year.
Speaker 2:But you have to realize the offense is still the same. When I was coaching them last year, I was part-time. No, I, I would leave the Hawks to go practice the Predators. My full attention wasn't there yet.
Speaker 4:That's when you're all out there at peace. Yeah, what happened this year? What happened this year?
Speaker 2:We ain't no air pieces here, Okay, we beat the best team, we just fall short, ah come on, bro.
Speaker 4:So if you won and won and then lose in the championship, who's the better team? Who's the better team? Okay, thank you.
Speaker 3:Y'all got the place. Don't get it twisted now. Y'all do have the place on offense and defense to do it.
Speaker 4:It's how you use them, thank you. I mean, let's be real, bro, you know what your? Problem is, and we all know what your know that.
Speaker 3:I glad you know that. Bring me to my next question.
Speaker 4:Lt can't answer. What the problem?
Speaker 3:is the problem is he didn't get blocked.
Speaker 1:Anyway, the legacy of this. This is another question. Do you all hear what he say?
Speaker 3:He didn't get blocked. How he know that?
Speaker 1:This is the next question but so I know they say defense wins championship, but that defense your team had was superb, holding a stacked team like the Wildcats who eventually won the championship game, stocked to two touchdowns in three games. Right, like what area, ian Mutch? What area do you think defensively, you could improve your team, as, like any position you think need to step up, not trying to call them under the bus. Like what do you think about that? Like what area?
Speaker 2:The Hawks was a better team right Defensively but defensively. No offensively too Offensively. Yeah, we were the better team on paper.
Speaker 3:Offense, offense. Yeah, that's only because the defense put you in them. Situations, I mean I take stats. I thought situations, I take stats, I talked to Vago.
Speaker 2:Vago came in.
Speaker 1:I gave him a few players.
Speaker 2:He fined two of them players.
Speaker 3:Okay, I didn't know that.
Speaker 4:You saying he was.
Speaker 2:What do you coach? He's a defense coordinator.
Speaker 3:He's a mastermind.
Speaker 2:I ain't beating the Wildcats, he's a mastermind.
Speaker 3:Okay, Vago, you're doing a good job.
Speaker 4:He falls short though.
Speaker 2:It's one mistake, one mistake, one mistake, bro.
Speaker 4:You all played 20 minutes like us. What else y'all did? Huh, huh, what else we did. Yeah, that's what I like. Coach on, coach Right there. What else you did? We can say the same thing with the Lions game, but we won't say that oh man, there's three mistakes.
Speaker 2:Huh, Three mistakes With the Lions game 21-0?
Speaker 4:No 20-0.
Speaker 2:20-0.
Speaker 4:But at the end of the day, it don't matter if it's 7-0 or 20-0. Fox, okay, cool, it's a whole lot, right? Yeah, nothing came out of it. Nothing came out of it. No, seven points.
Speaker 2:Yeah, man, we got that.
Speaker 4:Fox Okay.
Speaker 3:I like this yeah.
Speaker 4:I mean, but I Five a sentence. So this is what I really Someone in the chat asked a question and this is what I really want to get to. But I was waiting to tell you to drink a little more. I mean, Do you want me to drink? Do you want me to take a shot?
Speaker 2:Wait.
Speaker 3:I don't know what happened to this, but I normally get drunk. But this kicking and this way of moving, yeah, so I'll say this, I mean someone in chat, this person on fire.
Speaker 4:they asked him a good question.
Speaker 2:They say will there be a quarterback change or tryout for the Hawks, billy coming back. Eh, billy coming back, no change.
Speaker 4:No change.
Speaker 2:No tryouts, no change, no change.
Speaker 3:No change. Fix the play calling yeah, and things could play a little different. That's how I honestly feel. I personally feel that way. I don't think it's the QB. That's a work in progress. That's how I honestly feel. I personally feel that way. I don't think it's the QB.
Speaker 2:That's a work in progress. My team I like our dynamic. We are able to fix things, even if we don't like it, and that will be something that we fix. That will be something that we will come together and decide on, because sometimes you can't run a reverse play in the end zone. That don't make any sense. Fox, real, you know what I mean. Real, try it out. That's the OC. No, the OC. Hot's off to my OC. He did a really good job with E-Hot this season. He did a really good job in putting together.
Speaker 1:Put Nick out of this what you mean with E-Hot. Stop it. E-hot, e-hot, what?
Speaker 3:E-Hot Wait, wait, wait, wait, Wait. You sound like him now you don't feel like you have a stock. Tim, no, no, no, no no no, I mean you don't have a stock Tim, we have the better players in the league.
Speaker 2:So what that make you in the league? You have the better players in the league. Yes, sir, what makes you say that? I mean look at our offense.
Speaker 3:Your offense better than his offense.
Speaker 2:For sure.
Speaker 4:No sir.
Speaker 2:Who scored the most points?
Speaker 4:in the league this season. So y'all scored?
Speaker 1:no, y'all scored those points because y'all defense always had a lot of pick.
Speaker 4:six yes or yes, or they put you in the red zone, fox. Okay, cool. So you could say you have the better defense, but you don't have the better players. Okay, definitely not. I mean what the Sharks say take your shades off when you're in business.
Speaker 3:That's right.
Speaker 4:I say 5% and 50%. I could say this much let's go. That's what I'm talking about Any given day any given time, with or without referees, you'll bust that ass. I doubt that I can't. I highly doubt that. First of all, as long as you have your quarterback, who you have, ass kicked, trash Easy work, easy work, I tell you bro. You better play Colin Easy work. Whatever you want to bet on it, I'll double. So if you bet five I'll put a grand.
Speaker 3:Ice gas referee. Call me Damien, I throw in the fly. Anyway, let's move on. Let's move on Because boy.
Speaker 1:We need to cut that fine by one I like this. So this is another question, right, hello, okay, how hard is it as a coach to ensure temps and personalities don't boil over, right? Especially when your defense is balling out and your offense is struggling to hold their own? Right, because I know for me personally, I'd be upset. Like example, like championship, the semifinal game we're scoring against Red Dot. We come off the field two minutes later, red Dot score, right, right right score, Come on but do your damn job.
Speaker 1:So I can see it vice versa. So how do you do as a coach to ensure people don't be cussing each other on the sideline?
Speaker 2:This year we lean heavily on our defense and we're depending on them to do what they're supposed to do. I feel like a fix for next year is for offense to capitalize on their opportunities, which we didn't do this year. Moving forward, we'll have more time to develop play calling and play players. That would help our offense to move the ball efficiently. Ball efficiently for me, um, I think that if, if we, if we, if we just settle down sometimes.
Speaker 2:Sometimes we get too too riled up, you know, excited too too. The pressure is tall. If we just realize that it ain't that serious, like we should just play our game, I think it would be better moving forward, um to no, sorry, laugh, let someone else laugh.
Speaker 4:What they say? No, they they talking about us. They say, if this is a live or you see, um, yeah, if you all know, our producer is in here. So I mean, at the end of the day, tiktok won't give you so long and then they disconnect. So we had to reconnect.
Speaker 2:Sorry for that, yeah I lost my james off, but go ahead.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it's cool, thank god you was talking about how you are you ready to put david? On the leash and bring me on board, yeah as a coach no fine, gijon, david.
Speaker 2:David is the man for now I can work. I like how you say that for now he's the man for now, he, he's just need more time in the kitchen to cook. No, wait, wait, don you say that for now. He's the man for now. He just needs more time in the kitchen to cook.
Speaker 3:No, wait, wait, wait. Don't say that Don't burn up the kitchen.
Speaker 2:That's the last man we're putting in power.
Speaker 4:And they talk about cooking boy.
Speaker 2:Yeah, that's the last man, that's the head chef. David's a breadwinner, so I know he know what he doing.
Speaker 1:He just got to be open to more things, but Ron was a predator too, and he know what he doing, uh-oh.
Speaker 3:Why David ain't play no model David.
Speaker 2:David. Personal decisions. You know, Miguel took his job, some injuries.
Speaker 3:Okay, yeah, injuries will do that.
Speaker 2:Yeah, he just want to give his knees a rest.
Speaker 3:All right Understandable, definitely a good tight end.
Speaker 2:I look up for him on that. I think I know what he's doing. He ain't better than Miguel. He ain't better than Miguel. I mean, I can't get him what you think you won't get him what you think. I say you found me. I ain't gonna lie. Whatever Miguel and David think, it's good on them, I think they're very good tight ends. They can catch the ball, they can block. They can do more than most tight ends in this league.
Speaker 3:I have a question to ask you.
Speaker 4:I want to bounce this back. Can you even name another tight end?
Speaker 3:I can name.
Speaker 2:CJ from the Renegades. I can name Marcus.
Speaker 3:Marcus from the Lions. I can name him. What's his name, marcus?
Speaker 2:Marcus from the Lions. Yeah, man, and I can name him the Red Dot rookie Okay.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so what about Matty, who number?
Speaker 4:23? Matty. Yeah, matty, you have to. You know why? Because every time Matty on the field, I see a coach shouting out yeah, all right, he makes sure Mat Marty's covered Marty's, fine Again. I mean, that's all there. Sometimes, I mean you don't really remember or recall. But yeah, marty got my respect.
Speaker 1:What area of offense you looking to improve this season? Like, do you think y'all need to? Because I noticed y'all had the two twins. But I noticed y'all had the two twins, but I noticed a lot of part of the season. I think Jade and Jada they wasn't around. May y'all be bringing them back or y'all trying to find some replacement for them?
Speaker 2:We'll bring them back. We weren't at 100% in the championship game. No excuses.
Speaker 1:We lost the game, but I guarantee you At least y'all didn't get blown and the Lions got blown, which is why I think. But I guarantee you.
Speaker 2:At least y'all didn't get blown and the Lions got blown Fox. That's just why I think it would have been a different result.
Speaker 4:Well, we can say we wasn't at 100%, tell them. Tell them, you can expose it now. We wasn't at 100%, but at the end of the day, no man, that's it, but that's what I'm saying. So don't talk 100% Always.
Speaker 2:Your quarterback was there. We didn't have 30. Your quarterback was there.
Speaker 4:You only need nine. Your quarterback was there, my quarterback was there. Okay, your top receiver was there. They were Okay.
Speaker 3:Let me ask the next question Neville or Winton is your quarterback, starting quarterback?
Speaker 2:Both of them.
Speaker 3:Two starting quarterback.
Speaker 2:The the best of the best. Never listen to him Come on bro no for real man.
Speaker 4:Never what Wynton started the first game.
Speaker 2:The season he got injured and then Neville took the job.
Speaker 3:So Neville is the starter. So Neville is the starter.
Speaker 4:He don't mean as in who's the better quarterback.
Speaker 3:Who's the starter? I just wanted to know.
Speaker 4:When you're on prep, neville, take first reps First reps yeah, Neville is the better option for you. You think? So I think Neville can move his feet a little better, yeah, but then too I mean playing against a left-hand quarterback. It's harder, because you expect the drawback to come the opposite way, but it's harder. And then too, I mean a lot of people might not know this, but as a receiver but what's going on, baby?
Speaker 1:You're trying to take the bayou aren't you, I tell you, that's water.
Speaker 4:Anyway, for you as a receiver, a lot of people might not know to go from catching the ball from a right-hand quarterback where the ball is spinning this way, or catching the ball from a right-hand quarterback where the ball is spinning this way or like this way, and then going to the left and it's spinning the opposite way. They don't know how hard that is to make that adjustment, especially in season, Like that is very. That is difficult. Yes, it is. A lot of people don't know because all they're saying is you're catching the ball, but that is difficult.
Speaker 2:I think baseball played a role in that. You had the curveball, you had to change up different spins right, different angles for the ball. And for me, when I look up at the ball, I just see the ball. The spin of the ball is different, the power or the strength of the ball is different, but at the same time I just see the ball, no matter which way it's spinning. And for me it wasn't a huge adjustment, I just had to make the adjustment and say, hey, this is what I got to rock with. You know what I mean? Fair enough.
Speaker 3:I didn't even know that was a thing until Tua. No, it's a thing, bro. Come on bro. No, I mean for real, though I never know that was a thing.
Speaker 2:How do you get?
Speaker 3:Tua in this, all these left-handers.
Speaker 4:I never know that. What were the left tackle and the right tackle? How y'all could drive for left-hand quarterback and still drive for left-hand quarterback.
Speaker 3:But I'm a place battle. I'm playing for the Dolphins. I'm playing for the Dolphins.
Speaker 4:Why you protecting the strong?
Speaker 3:side, bro, Give me a break. But yes, I didn't know that though.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's an adjustment, but it was quick.
Speaker 1:Okay, so getting back to the coaching aspect of it, you start recruiting yet, or are you also waiting for more things to happen before you start targeting.
Speaker 2:I'm always recruiting Anyone getting fired? No one getting fired.
Speaker 1:I think y'all should bring Sha. We don't need.
Speaker 2:Sha.
Speaker 1:So we can see this quarterback.
Speaker 2:We don't need Sha.
Speaker 3:So if there was a player you could have pulled from the Wild Cats who would it be? Be, honest I could pull from the Wild Cats no better yet, give me a player from each team this season that you could have pulled from each team to bring to your team. Avengers first.
Speaker 1:When the stinger is in Avengers.
Speaker 2:That Avengers that you see Offense or defense Special team. Whatever I like the safety they have at Avengers. Who the safety?
Speaker 1:Yolanda.
Speaker 3:Yeah, she bad. I think she's their best player on defense. Give me Asus.
Speaker 2:Asus, asus, nobody, nobody, aces, aces.
Speaker 4:Nobody, nobody, no, you don't want Calling them Because it'll Cause a controversy In your account. No one, I ain't good on that.
Speaker 2:What about Stingrays, stingrays. I like that. I like that defensive Player man that.
Speaker 3:Colombiana yeah, she bad, she's a dog.
Speaker 2:I like dogs All around, if I can get a dog, and I can put all in certain positions colombiana, colombia, see. Last time I asked you this, you said probably drunk man.
Speaker 3:You can't ask me questions when I'm drunk, but I was gonna ask you a question. You were drunk on the show but the stingrays.
Speaker 1:Stingrays have a good center too. I don't know what play him. She played four, but she's got that ball right to the quarterback. I like it too.
Speaker 2:That's important. It starts with the snap.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I don't want to say it, but I think I mean I don't want you all to be poaching this place.
Speaker 4:But I know because I played with Ron.
Speaker 1:MC played with Ron too. He made MC look bad.
Speaker 4:Mc on the live, timmy on the live yeah, but MC, make sure to crop every photo you have.
Speaker 1:Take Ron out, please. Every photo of Ron.
Speaker 3:Give me the wildcats, wildcats, only one, I need one.
Speaker 2:Take five, six, seven. The one person I'll take is Shay.
Speaker 3:Shay, she's a beast. She's the only one who makes sense. All right.
Speaker 2:Why.
Speaker 1:Hold on why I say that.
Speaker 2:You could flip Shay. You could flip Flip Shea on D. I don't know offense.
Speaker 3:They can take off sheds.
Speaker 1:She played corner. She played corner.
Speaker 4:Hey, listen, you better do it because they do have an odd purpose here. No, I had to take off my sheds because I was in hand property.
Speaker 3:You said it would make sense for me. I don't think so.
Speaker 2:I don't think so, Shea you's a cool guy.
Speaker 1:You have dogs, a lot of them.
Speaker 4:You are a player you have experience Only person is Shay.
Speaker 1:Only person is Shay. That's what makes sense? For me no one else makes sense for me. He's got eye to his team, that's what.
Speaker 2:I'm trying to say Right.
Speaker 3:Who are eye to my team Goddammit, we have T Whoa, whoa, whoa. So what position Billy's play?
Speaker 2:Everything.
Speaker 3:No.
Speaker 4:Exactly no, let's take away the quarterback. Who doesn't want that?
Speaker 3:You just used quarterback Tasha. Let's take Billy from.
Speaker 4:QB, billy got MVP. You know no what position she's playing.
Speaker 3:Okay when she got the MVP what position she play, Safety and they have Brock.
Speaker 4:Yeah, bro, okay, but listen to me so what you saying.
Speaker 3:I said what I had to say.
Speaker 4:You saying Billy is better than Brooke Me if I'm saying that.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 4:God damn it. Yeah, and what you think?
Speaker 2:Brooke is. You can't throw a ball in Brooke's area, that's cool.
Speaker 3:I had to see him. Is Brooke better than Billy? Is Brooke better than Billy? I say to say Brooke better than Billy. You can't be better than Billy because Brooke is a receiver.
Speaker 4:But Billy plays all those positions. Billy been the one. Understand what I'm saying too. At the end of the day, brooke, height and length makes up for a lot. Billy has the IQ at safety and the speed she's a dog. I got to be real. If you, as a receiver, the ball is in the air and she's going for it, hell with you. She running through you to get that ball.
Speaker 3:You understand what I'm saying. That's the difference. I broke up. Make up speed.
Speaker 1:Okay. So, speaking of Billy Badass, how come you ain't try to keep her, because she was in the camp last year? How come you ain't try to keep her?
Speaker 4:Because she was in the account blast.
Speaker 2:Yeah, for me there's a. I have a principle like I ain't going to force nobody to stay in me or to be around me if they don't want to.
Speaker 3:Who don't want to stay.
Speaker 2:That's just me. But with that level of talent, bro, why would I beg her, Me and Billy you? Know, Begging with you. But I mean, did you have the conversation? She ain't interested in that way really. Yeah, it was too late. It was too late. She already flipped because she has people on the white cat too.
Speaker 4:She's old that ain't why she leave why she leave.
Speaker 2:I don't know.
Speaker 1:She left how'd you tell me why she leave?
Speaker 3:so after she leave, you didn't reach out to her.
Speaker 2:I reached out to her okay, then how'd you tell me why? Yeah, that's good, then I actually talked to her.
Speaker 3:So when Haji left, did you reach out to Haji?
Speaker 2:For what? Whatever you tell them for.
Speaker 3:Haji, tell me, try and start Billy.
Speaker 1:That's why you all cut him.
Speaker 2:Haji need him.
Speaker 3:He need more milk.
Speaker 2:He need some rum.
Speaker 4:Right there.
Speaker 1:yeah, so will you be coaching in San Juans this season.
Speaker 2:I won't be this weekend. You just playing, I'm just playing.
Speaker 1:Show off your big San Juans ring.
Speaker 4:I mean the team that you coach.
Speaker 2:They put in a team in Last year, the team that you coached last year.
Speaker 1:The ladies.
Speaker 4:Yeah, no, okay, okay, all right. So those players that I saw you with the other day, those are the Predator players.
Speaker 2:Oh, what you doing, See I literally. You can't find out what I'm doing until I do it.
Speaker 1:So the Predator's playing San Juan though.
Speaker 2:Yeah, okay, you're going to win it again.
Speaker 4:God damn it.
Speaker 2:You're going to win it again.
Speaker 4:Goddammit, you're going to win it again. Yeah, I know, oh boy, back to the future by three, or is it by four? Oh, shit.
Speaker 1:We have a question. I mean this is another question. I was just thinking, do you think? I mean we don't want to talk about certain situations. We discussed that in the past, even in the past. Do you think the way the league handled situations where they warned but stuff would happen off the field and suspended you for something you did in your personal life Right, do you think that was warranted or do you think the league should just leave it be?
Speaker 4:They were wrong, 100% wrong Wrong.
Speaker 2:Why? Because I don't know what's going on with your life, but because it's magnified, because it's recorded, because it's… Because it's the DJ, whether it's recorded or not. That's why.
Speaker 3:Whether it's recorded or not, I ain't got nothing to do with you. You have nothing to do with my life.
Speaker 4:I mean, I feel you're going to get paid for this Right. You know what I mean, so how could you?
Speaker 2:um, for three games, hold on, I ain't do nothing.
Speaker 4:But when I actually did something, I got two yeah, I mean, well, now, now, now, now we got, we got to be fair. Okay, do you want the smaller trophy or you want a big trophy? I want all the trophies. No, I mean, I said I said because it's this different administration, ah, okay, so that's why you got two games. Yeah, you can't really you know, you got three games and then you got a small trophy Right.
Speaker 3:They didn't know a shit what they was doing.
Speaker 4:They didn't know a shit what they was doing. They didn't know what they was doing. I mean they can't even get a trophy. That's an MVP trophy you got. Yeah, I mean it is what it is, I mean, but I mean I know what you.
Speaker 1:You seem to sponsor a trophy though. Look at that, good Jay.
Speaker 4:Yeah, you didn't even know that 2024 trophy. You didn't even know. Look on the bottom when you're wrestling on Wrestling On Soft, though.
Speaker 1:Why the bottom?
Speaker 4:left.
Speaker 3:Look, look, look, look, look. Oh okay, all right, all right yeah.
Speaker 2:What about this one?
Speaker 3:I can see.
Speaker 4:No, no, no. We sponsored the trophy because we actually thought Red Dot would have won.
Speaker 2:I mean honestly, if you were to say Javon, who's your go-to DL? It would probably be Eddie. This year, this year, why?
Speaker 1:Why is that? I didn't think this was going to be in a game. Yeah, for real, no man. So you still got to run from the first games, though you can't take them. No, no, no, yeah for real, no, man the fuck.
Speaker 3:You still got to run from the first games, though. Yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Speaker 4:So what you got to realize is at the end of the day. I can be real Red Dot was the most trash team in the league, for sure, by far 100%, and he did what he had to do.
Speaker 3:That's what he had to do, okay.
Speaker 4:Whether it's bringing in Phil or freaking firing. David, I'm paying off to him now, but it don't matter. He still did what he had to do Getting him off some Cuban you know what.
Speaker 3:No, no, I ain't calling names.
Speaker 4:You still didn't get it. It takes to win the game. He did win. He did win the position.
Speaker 3:He did, he did and that's what he did.
Speaker 4:Right Again. I mean at the end of the day. I believe he's coach of the year too, but I mean We'll see. I don't see it, you don't think. So who's the coach of the year? Come on, don't get my donkey the week you think he's the coach of the year.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I think so, you want to tell why he's the coach of the year. What you have to realize is what Eddie Guerrero would say lie, cheat and steal. Yeah he got to die.
Speaker 2:Oh wow, no not him.
Speaker 3:He's not a lie, cheat and steal.
Speaker 4:So I can be real, Not Rodley.
Speaker 3:Rodley disappointed me this year, but I ain't getting Watch out. He's the best at what he does First things first.
Speaker 4:Rodley did what's expected. I can be real. The Predators is an organization. I can be real. Sorry to say Rodley is the head, but if he leaves they still would do good. I don't think so. If Eddie wasn't there, those dudes wouldn't have won a game. That's the difference. They might not have probably won the championship, but they still would have done good. They still would have gone far because they're already together. He took a donkey team to the semifinals and gave us a run for our money.
Speaker 4:Let's be real, bro. That's how you have to look at it.
Speaker 2:Who else did better than Eddie Allwright?
Speaker 3:Ay-ya, ay-ya-ya-ya Smoke. Smokey is drunk.
Speaker 4:He got one more drunk to go Me personally, I think three teams Could be in.
Speaker 1:Probably the Three coaches could be in the head coaching category Eddie, moose and Radley.
Speaker 3:First time coach Moose.
Speaker 1:So I can give him that, but for sure the Avengers coach Fuck no. I cool with all the chefs, them, but horrible job so, um, but it's placing our arm.
Speaker 4:I don't flip on on. We got out, you got to bring them on the show, final of this. So they said they. They heard that Eddie didn't want you on red dot. Was that a? It was a. Is there any truth to that?
Speaker 2:yeah, that's Fox he didn't watch one yeah, sweet me up this before, before I came to the predators. Okay, okay, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. So many, you didn't want you on Red Dot. He had an opportunity to sweep me up this before, before I came to the Predators. Okay, okay.
Speaker 3:Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Speaker 2:So, manny's going to play with the Red Dot.
Speaker 4:You didn't say that part of it.
Speaker 2:He had an opportunity to sign me.
Speaker 3:Who was pulling you to Red Dot?
Speaker 2:I work with Eddie he's on contracts.
Speaker 4:Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you, yeah, yeah, yeah. You worked with him, or you worked.
Speaker 2:Yeah, we were in IT together, so he got the opportunity. He said, yeah, you're going to play with the Predators. He said, okay, yeah, we don't need you. We can't make our roster.
Speaker 3:Oh wow, he's a nobody. But don't forget.
Speaker 1:AP. Ap said the same thing that Eddie had with number 23.
Speaker 2:Yeah, the tall dude played for him ball in, but Eddie didn't want to give him a chance. So when we won last year I tried. When we won last year I told Eddie hide, because you should have chose me in that moment. You had that opportunity. We was making hella money together on FTX. You could have said Jay, come over.
Speaker 1:So with FTX, osama Bankman free. That's your boy, that's my boy, that's my dog?
Speaker 2:Yeah, but you know, he had the opportunity but he didn't take it. He didn't think I was good enough. Well, he didn't know.
Speaker 4:But I just want to say how do you know? I mean, at least you should have given a tryout, he should have given me a tryout.
Speaker 2:But he said, can I make the roster they have?
Speaker 3:a brotherhood over there.
Speaker 4:Wait, you got an enemy. They have a brotherhood over there.
Speaker 3:That's what it is.
Speaker 4:Yeah.
Speaker 2:Yeah, he's my boy, that's my dog, they have a brotherhood man. It go deep in the football with that. Yeah, Go way about that Him.
Speaker 3:Graham Bird, certain of them Chandler. They stuck together.
Speaker 4:That's what it is and they probably need to break that shit up. Bring the pockets of the lights. You see how I'm getting on the earth.
Speaker 1:No, no, no how I'm getting on the earth. Be good, be good.
Speaker 3:So question to you again how long you see yourself doing what you're doing right now, being on top?
Speaker 1:That's why you're so young boy.
Speaker 2:I already quit this shit. Now why I say that? Just these few weeks, you know, I was able to work on my masters, be able to get more classes in more free time. I don't have pride on degrees. I already have three, but I'm getting two more. But I have more time to do what I outside of football. I have more time to do what I need to do. So for me, I'm ready to hang it up, but I feel like there's more to win. I mean, if we win six already, maybe we can win 10. I mean, if he win six already, maybe he'll give in ten Be better than.
Speaker 4:Tom Brady. That's a huge fucking statement.
Speaker 3:The team the team.
Speaker 2:The team Got six, the team got six.
Speaker 3:You got two, I got two and one with San Was. Yeah, one with San Was.
Speaker 2:October tournament.
Speaker 3:You think y'all going to do something with San Y'all win. October tournament. Come on, you beat the, you all good. You think you all could win San Washington this year? This year? Yeah, 100%. You saw the rings on the last episode. I saw the rings.
Speaker 2:They look nice same thing I'll have that on this finger 100% you sure? You sure, as soon as we get it, it'll be right here okay okay, I mean realistically, you expect him to say no, we can lose.
Speaker 4:I'm trying to figure out how to deal with it.
Speaker 3:I just said I don't have the mind.
Speaker 4:You know now. I regret us giving the questions before the show. Why man?
Speaker 2:you can't prepare, bro. When I say can't prepare, like I'm a professional I do dumb shit.
Speaker 1:This legal representative? I don't care.
Speaker 4:I do dumb shit.
Speaker 3:Listen, I do dumb shit, just how you answer this question. I don't answer it like that. I wanted a blank side. Boom, boom, boom. Everything on you. I didn't want you to read over nothing. Let me hear your honest answer, like Billy did. Okay, you see.
Speaker 4:But you did good. You did good. The problem is lack of time. When I say lack of time, I mean if you arrive a little earlier, you know we could prep properly.
Speaker 3:I show you the answer to the question Like what are we going to do? Let me drop the thing on the table.
Speaker 4:But I mean whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa whoa whoa, whoa whoa whoa, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. That was a joke. That was a joke. Hey, you can't say that that's a joke. That's a joke, it did not slip.
Speaker 3:I intentionally said that, oh shit, that's even worse. Yeah, that was a joke, but like I said, that's flash.
Speaker 1:He's double teaming.
Speaker 3:You see why he's double teaming, that's flash, fast forward the lot of table Chairs and umbrella. Right, it's umbrella, not umbrella, umbrella, umbrella. Yeah, I was told by some, some Freeport boys.
Speaker 4:Right.
Speaker 3:And Nassau boys Right.
Speaker 4:You gotta say Nassau, we could say me.
Speaker 3:No, not you, oh you.
Speaker 4:Come afterwards, yeah.
Speaker 3:Some of my bedrooms Tell me you was supposed to play with them, but then the Predators told you you cannot play.
Speaker 4:You're going to mix up. You're going to mix up, you're going to mix up. That was an asshole. No, I'm talking about the Freeport boys. That was an asshole tournament.
Speaker 3:You're playing with the Freeport boys, right?
Speaker 4:I ain't talking about that, an actual All you mean.
Speaker 2:All right. What had happened was Rock Boys. Yeah, he came to me and said hey, I got a 5-on-5 team, I want you to play, Not knowing who was on the team. Yet he said this is your jersey, Give me my jersey.
Speaker 3:He gave you a jersey he gave me a jersey. One shot, one shot.
Speaker 2:And I pull up and I saw LJ who played with the Braves. So I me, I said okay.
Speaker 3:Sorry.
Speaker 2:Marty, but you know it's still, it's principle. So for me, the principle was it's not a good idea to do that right now For you, for me, I just want to play football.
Speaker 4:I just want to say I just want to play football Because we so my thing is with that. Obviously I was on the team, yeah, man. So you were still warming up there throwing that jazz, saying what you got to say, and all kinds of stuff like that. I'm not one to get in team business, but it seems as though Animal made a decision for you. I rip it off. He pulled you off the side, pulled you off the field, finally got you off the field and you didn't have the audacity to come back and bring the jersey. You know what I mean? And Animal is now your spokesperson. That's why they wanted to bring your legal representative and Animal's like oh, if you play, I'll do this to him and do that to him, like I mean.
Speaker 2:Animal was passionate in the moment um I? I, when I came off the field I went to animal face and I approached animal I said I no one said to you when you went and played with someone else straight up he didn't last, so he was in my and I said all right, what y'all want me to do. And everyone say they don't want you to go back with that because of one player it's principal they don't want you to play Because of one player. It's principal. It's principal.
Speaker 4:I am loyal to the principal. Was it because of the fighting free part? Or what cost it? Because I mean Kelz is the only three-links player there, because you can't count LJ. Lj was the predator.
Speaker 2:Well, kelz is the only one there, that's all that matters.
Speaker 3:Tom is that serious.
Speaker 4:But wasn't Wally, your brother from Freeport?
Speaker 2:Mm-hmm.
Speaker 4:We're all boys.
Speaker 2:Okay.
Speaker 4:So that doesn't trump anything else. Why didn't y'all get him to kick Kelz off the team Instead of you leaving the team?
Speaker 2:In that moment we didn't focus on those niggas, he focused on me.
Speaker 3:So if you, I, in that moment we didn't focus on those niggas, they focused on me. I hate being dropsy. If you'd have asked them to kick Kelts off the team, you think they would have kicked you or Kelts off?
Speaker 2:the team if it had to come to one? That's a question for me, Drix.
Speaker 3:No.
Speaker 4:I'm asking you what you think they would have done that wasn't my team. That's free party. I came last. I didn't know.
Speaker 2:See I started on business when you saw me coming on the field after you it was when they picked me up Exactly.
Speaker 4:You didn't kick, or Kel's getting kicked.
Speaker 3:Kel's getting kicked. One had to go. Kel's getting kicked.
Speaker 4:Getting kicked what you? I can't speak for, wally, but there's a reason why Kelso played my lever like that.
Speaker 1:What I could say I would have loved to see an offense with y'all three.
Speaker 4:I was looking forward to that.
Speaker 1:But the only thing that would have stingung that shit up LJ, lj would have been thrown on interception. So if they had switched you would have been the quarterback.
Speaker 3:I just want to say Damn to outside.
Speaker 4:He had that option Use a weapon, kill deep. I think that would have been crazy. We never got that option because when he leave if I go now to quarterback we still only have one receiver receiver so quick question wally, is the does the shot?
Speaker 2:do it.
Speaker 4:Okay, he approached me, well he played straight up, I can be real. I mean I gain a different level of respect for the guy because I mean when they played with him in the five on five, I fire like okay, yeah, he's a cool dude right and we played no Lando like yeah, I drove down from girls in Tampa yeah he drove down and I played, and I mean the place of being made by online, yeah, yeah, just basically us three and I want a defense it was the ball a move until I got to go back.
Speaker 4:Obviously the game was too fast for Phil because we're playing eight on eight and the rush is right there. So you know, obviously, phil ain't no mobile quarterback like that. The same way you have a line in front of you. So until I was placed in the back there Phil started snapping. I mean, he made some good catches.
Speaker 2:It's a different game.
Speaker 4:Yeah, but I respect Phil, we're just playing. It's a different game.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I mean, but I respect Phil, which I was playing eight on eight.
Speaker 4:Yeah, go ahead, go ahead. Okay. But only thing would really mess us up, and I ain't scared to say it because you might be scared to say it Right. It's one thing, sure, the females, we have it up. So they have the hey listen.
Speaker 3:The females. We have it up he, I tell you.
Speaker 4:So they have this thing where. So let's say, I target Jay yeah, he caught the ball for five yards. Right, I target Phil he catch me on five yards.
Speaker 1:We then have to go to a female as a penalty. That's just the first tournament, yeah. So I mean, let's call it open, open, close. If we'd have had some hobs or what I guess we would have done it differently.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I can tell you. I can tell you Differently. Yeah, for sure.
Speaker 4:But listen to me, those girls over there were men yeah, bro, and we played one team. This girl quarterbacked the whole time. Yeah, and she was slinging the ball like she could throw it to everybody.
Speaker 2:She was slicing the ball, yeah.
Speaker 4:So it's never a point where she out there actually.
Speaker 3:So by you saying that, right, I have a question you think your team female team, your team female team, could ever put a team together to go overseas and play? I think so. You think it could ever work out.
Speaker 4:I think so. You know why I think so?
Speaker 3:Because that would be amazing. That would be great.
Speaker 4:I don't think so you know why I think so. I got to ask you, but let me so I always say this when you go in to represent your country, it's different. So, for example, I would never play with the Predators over here and that ain't no disrespect, Nowhere in the Bahamas but when we went away we played with them.
Speaker 4:Because at that day it's now us representing the Bahamas as a whole. You understand what I'm saying, so it's different. You understand what I'm saying. I can be real. If you live in Florida and anyone from the Bahamas come there, that could be your worst enemy. It's like high five and hey, what's up? You just happen to see someone from home, so it's the same thing, so I could see that happening.
Speaker 3:I mean, it happened. You feel the same way, I feel the same way.
Speaker 1:You forget it.
Speaker 4:That's why I was saying we could exist on the field, but there ain't no high-fiving on the field. No, what I'm saying is that's what.
Speaker 3:I'm talking about. I'm just saying high-five and showing out there, but I mean, and they had TikTok for fire.
Speaker 4:I like to see that though. I like that. I mean, that's what it's supposed to be.
Speaker 2:I like that man. If it's fun, if it's all about fun it should be like that.
Speaker 3:I like to see that.
Speaker 2:That would be a good combination of teams.
Speaker 1:Just make sure Jay know where to be seen.
Speaker 3:How much females on the team the DK how much females play on the female side on the team?
Speaker 2:How much females? Play on the female side, on the team, same 30.
Speaker 3:30?.
Speaker 4:Yeah, I think they moved up to 25. It was 25.
Speaker 3:Is it possible right now, before we go off y'all two, to draft off y'all two teams combine a team right now, yeah, but to do?
Speaker 1:Hold on, hold on To go to play If we was to pick an all-time team to go over.
Speaker 3:That's kind of hard Both sides, but I mean just going off the top of your head. Going off the top of your head. Let me hear this what receivers 15-15.
Speaker 4:15-15.
Speaker 3:No, you got to go. That's your decision. You're going wrong again.
Speaker 4:You're going to decide what you want to do. It might be 20 from one side.
Speaker 3:Dude, you all got to do. Dude, you all got to do. Let me hear this.
Speaker 4:The best players go.
Speaker 3:Yes, let me hear it the best players go.
Speaker 4:If you're starting receivers, you get Donnie One, carly Two.
Speaker 3:Brooke Whoa, whoa, all right, y'all go ahead, brooke.
Speaker 2:Three, that's your one, two, whatever.
Speaker 3:That's your one, two, three, however you put him.
Speaker 4:It don't matter Running back, I'll go with Kenya.
Speaker 3:Four.
Speaker 2:I like twin Five. I like twin A two or one.
Speaker 1:I go with both.
Speaker 2:Kenya for the experience.
Speaker 4:That's what.
Speaker 3:I'm saying you pick one of the twins, that's five.
Speaker 4:So quarterback obviously is Tasha. That's fine, that's good, that's fine. A double-edged sword, that's good so quarterback obviously is Tasha Six.
Speaker 1:That's no brainer. Uh-huh, that's no brainer. What about Keisha, when we're talking.
Speaker 2:O-line let's go man, O-line Give and I'll take wait wait, wait.
Speaker 3:She play O-line, she play tight end, yeah, so I'm not talking tight end, o-line, o-line, that's eight, that's a full eight no, no, no, that's a full eight.
Speaker 4:That's a full eight. Now we're going to defense. If you're talking defense, I'll go Khadija, I'll go KK, you're going to slide yours in there If he ain't answering.
Speaker 3:I'll just agree. No, no, that's what I'm saying, Khadijah KK and Shea Corners, I'll go with Denisha.
Speaker 4:That's the girl to play corner for us. I'll go with Lisey.
Speaker 3:Lisey, yeah, linebacker.
Speaker 4:No, Lisey is the. Yeah, she's playing corner.
Speaker 3:Lacey's number nine, that's the one with the knee strap on, yeah, lacey's number nine.
Speaker 4:Yeah.
Speaker 2:She don't play linebacker, no, she moves to corner. She makes it up a little bit. Oh, I thought she was a Lacey's linebacker.
Speaker 4:So linebackers.
Speaker 1:I go with Shelly, Shelly Sean.
Speaker 2:You put Simone over that. Simone playing what that linebacker she play linebacker for you she, we move her to position, we move her to corner, but she is a linebacker.
Speaker 4:Okay, I still take Sean, but that's alphabetical.
Speaker 3:No, no, no, we need a snug one-oh. No, no, no One gotta get snug.
Speaker 4:No, just how we said I ain't playing this. That's how he said with the twin yeah out of two.
Speaker 3:No, I understand, he said the twin and Kenya. Remember, it's 30 players now.
Speaker 4:Yeah, listen to me man Remember 30.
Speaker 2:Take your time, big dog, sorry.
Speaker 4:We still, even if we take the twin and we take Kenya, that's only nine.
Speaker 3:That's what I'm saying. So relax, relax, I agree with you. If you don't ask a question, let us yeah go ahead.
Speaker 4:Safety, safety. I'll go Billy, I'll go Billy, yeah, all day. So that's your 16. If you add Simone, that's 18, bro, I give it to him, that's 18.
Speaker 2:That's what I'm saying. That's 18. That's 18.
Speaker 4:When you ain't getting nothing here two sheets will be your dog, so that's 18.
Speaker 3:I can be real If I get. I don't need no fucking subs, but our subs would be dogs too.
Speaker 1:Quick question. Yeah, they would be. Quick question I noticed last season TC was a starting back, but this year she barely played Right Like she wasn't coming to practice or she just outright lost her job to the Twins.
Speaker 3:TC she's. Tc's a little young, bright one yeah.
Speaker 2:Yeah, she's still a dog, she just needs to be more consistent. I ain't going to say no lie, but that's all it is I like her, but I don't think me on the sideline.
Speaker 3:She's good at what she do, but she ain't vocal.
Speaker 2:She don't communicate. I see that. Yeah, which one? That's a problem? She's pretty good, she's good.
Speaker 3:She's good, but she don't.
Speaker 4:She ain't no Mosley, but she don't block her, or you know like what's your name?
Speaker 3:who's back for you?
Speaker 1:Kenya, kenya. Kenya's lead, bro. But that's experience. But again, at the end of the day.
Speaker 4:That's why you see Kian cut her over, yeah.
Speaker 3:TC's good, but I just don't see her doing that. She just if you say I don't know y'all offense.
Speaker 1:I don't know. Y guess yeah the hoods.
Speaker 3:Whatever hood Y'all tell her.
Speaker 1:She's trying to hit the hood.
Speaker 3:But Kenya is See it, bro. Hit this first, so this hood can open up Kenya.
Speaker 4:Kenya is like Olivia on Bell.
Speaker 3:Yes, she has the patience, she has the vision. She's waiting for it.
Speaker 4:She actually Waiting the block to set up.
Speaker 1:Angler what I'm thinking now, just replaying the game how y' I was like. Oh Keisha, close eye and show that shit to Billy, take that shit Billy.
Speaker 3:But I was like damn, you watch the show and Billy say that's the choice you never showed to me.
Speaker 1:So just go back a little bit. I noticed you all love some packages where Shelly would come and throw the ball Right. Do you all have any intentions of probably converting Shelly to quarterback? Because Shelly got the speed too. I just think she needs more experience as a quarterback position.
Speaker 2:If the opportunity presents itself. Okay, we would definitely put.
Speaker 3:Shelly, that's up to you, or David.
Speaker 2:That's up to me.
Speaker 3:All right, david.
Speaker 2:Coach yeah, David would make.
Speaker 3:David.
Speaker 2:David has his packages on what he want to do in the game and they all go in the same time. But it's never. Who are we going to put in Shelly or Keisha? That's never an option. But the package is what it is. That's his package. We got to go with that.
Speaker 1:Okay, the last question that I have. You know, lds go off the cusp when you're ready. A lot of people in this league, males and females, quick to talk about. Oh, jay is a problem or he needs to be expelled from the league. What do you have to say to them?
Speaker 2:Haters gonna hate, bro. When you're good and you win and you have back-to-back championships and they feel like you're a threat, they will say you got to go Now. I know who the select few is. Who will say those things. The people I talk to, people I have conversations with, people who know me, wouldn't say those things.
Speaker 4:Yeah, I mean that goes from a question that I saw on the live, also the person asked. Let me scroll back up. I was waiting on that question.
Speaker 1:But believe it or not, more dudes saying it than females.
Speaker 2:Yeah, dudes, they can't stop me.
Speaker 1:I'd be like bro.
Speaker 2:They can't stop me. They cannot stop me, so they need me out the league so they can win something.
Speaker 4:Me personally, I don't know that's the problem, or do something.
Speaker 2:I mean they owe the league. They could do something at all. I don't know.
Speaker 4:Danny, and that's what you do to me don't matter. Whatever you do, that's on you. I mean, that's, that's, that's your life and it's not. I'm saying I. I always tell people um, I, idg also. Right, I don't give a rat's ass. R Kelly, michael Jackson, the two bass yeah, you can't go around. No, whatever scandal, a hat that's on them. I love their music, not down. I don't follow that so if you producing on the field, then that's by all means.
Speaker 4:Whatever you do off the field, that's your first you got you got, you got deal with what about Diddy Diddy don't forget now, diddy produced a lot of good music, so I don't have to lie, it's more of the bad boy record label. I put it like that. I'll say it like that Diddy and Diddy. Yeah, it's like the Mace, what's his name?
Speaker 3:The big dude.
Speaker 4:These dudes. I can be real Craig Mack. He produced those dudes. You can't see where they are now. No, you understand what I'm saying. So again, I don't follow a lot. I listen to music and I just go from there. I understand I made the mistake once. Growing up they used to say Ludo Van Droost the baddest singer ever, Then it broke my heart when they told me he's gay Like shit this nigga sings like a man all the time and I sing like a guy.
Speaker 3:Shit this nigga's like.
Speaker 4:Brian McKnight. So from then I can't compare. So from then I never followed anyone's personal life. No. I guess, hey, it is what it is Like you for whatever you do with the music. Okay, cool, that's what it is.
Speaker 2:I'm the coach you love to hate. So, jake, I'm the coach you love to hate.
Speaker 4:Sorry, before you go. So the question I was getting to is First and last say yeah, I had a long time. Say, ask him why he's so annoying on and off the field.
Speaker 2:Because you love me.
Speaker 3:You pay attention to me If it's a dude, he love you still, he love me.
Speaker 2:He love what?
Speaker 3:I do. He love my production. He like what you put on. He love when.
Speaker 2:I score touchdowns and he's like shit why I can't do that. Yeah, I'd be like him. Fuck, I wouldn't be like Jake. Movie Movie bro. Get them who this Deegan boy is that's why?
Speaker 3:That's why.
Speaker 2:You that's saying Do it like me, and then you get all the fucking. You get all the things you want. Some of them can't do it like you Can't do it like you, get all the change. You got to remember now. Lock them doors. Osh is close Lock the doors.
Speaker 3:Please, everyone say his name. We only need $100 more and five persons can bring me $10. That's already $50. No, I'm just saying, bro, I ain't trying to add up.
Speaker 4:I'm just saying you say you're the bad team.
Speaker 3:I ain't trying to add up Anyhow, deegan. No, would you say something earlier? So that brings me to my last. I don't have to ask on the female team, who's your best team to go against? As a coach, I know, as a coach, yes, female coach now, okay, I mean she loves the Whitecaps yeah.
Speaker 2:That's why I?
Speaker 3:didn't ask that question.
Speaker 2:Them team too, yeah.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I know, but on the male side, as a player, what is the best team? I know KJ is your best to go against, but who is the best male team you like to play against? Hornets.
Speaker 2:Hornets, hornets, hornets, because they have new players, they're coming up.
Speaker 3:And butlers. I send them to you. I am able to love.
Speaker 2:I am able to love Hornets because they are a new team. They have weapons that people aren't familiar with yet and they're a team who can win. They can find a way to win. They have different weapons. I respect that. I like that. You know what I mean. So Hornets is like bro. In two years it might be the fucking Hornets raising the trophy.
Speaker 1:Not that easy though.
Speaker 4:Say it again. Hold on, hold on, hold on. You've been saying some bad shit, all fucking show.
Speaker 3:What did?
Speaker 4:you just say Wade, so it means I can't let you slide, man.
Speaker 2:If it ain't the Predators holding up the trophy, it might be the Hornets. That's the only thing I'm saying.
Speaker 3:Wow.
Speaker 2:It might be. It might be.
Speaker 3:You don't see Red Dot.
Speaker 2:So, based upon what they have, you don't see.
Speaker 4:Renegades you don't think we have more talent than the Lions.
Speaker 3:You don't see the Lions.
Speaker 2:The Lions have weapons. The Lions know how to use their weapons, but when it comes to things that are different, the Hornets might do that differently.
Speaker 3:You know why you say that.
Speaker 2:Why.
Speaker 3:The Hornets match up with y'all the best. And when it comes to the Lions, y'all match up with the Lions the best. Yes, Physicality 100%.
Speaker 4:I see that I mean but, no, ain't no way for, but to that I see that Hosting the trophy though you mean Harness hosting the trophy, bro.
Speaker 1:I mean, if I ever die.
Speaker 4:In two years.
Speaker 1:If I ever die In two years it might be the Harness.
Speaker 2:No, no, no, no bro.
Speaker 3:So if the Lions Didn't play y'all In the championship? But the Lions Make it there With Red Dot Right, renegades, avengers, hornets Right, you didn't see the Lions winning.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 3:So then, what the fuck are you talking?
Speaker 2:about Jay. I'm just saying, I say futuristic In two years. Let me ask you.
Speaker 3:All these young players for Lions.
Speaker 4:In two years. Where do you see Lions players? Lions, yes. For example, you see me, kalma, all the dudes. Well, reggie, done, gone, but I mean we still have an attack. We said it on the show the other day. If you put you guys, which are the younger guys, all the guys on that, but five years to play against the older guys we'll be a lot worse. What do you think about that?
Speaker 2:Who are the?
Speaker 4:older guys, the older guys. Five years and up against five and under yeah, over so, so so say, the young guys are that, that, no, no, I'm telling you, that's that's, that's that goes, is that goes to say, yeah, you telling me you would put, yeah, younger talent. I see these voices right, exactly. I mean, at the end of the day, let's be real. Okay, you put it, you can win as much season games as you want. If you win, do the right thing. The championship game don't want to name over.
Speaker 2:I mean it comes down to more than one championship, it comes down to back-to-back championships, it comes down to the people who win and for me, I only could go based upon who win.
Speaker 4:If the Lions if you think the Lions can do it, then that's cool alright, that's your pick. I think the Lions. I can come back with the same question in two years, because we ain't about to shut this show down no time soon. We plan to go on for a few more years.
Speaker 3:We'll be in a bigger studio and everything Say less.
Speaker 1:Shout out to Animal the little podcast Over 30,000 views.
Speaker 3:No, the little talk show. Why did you write that man?
Speaker 4:Man I.
Speaker 3:Telling me you got to call a name man. Shit, bro, like you let me down.
Speaker 2:I mean, I know it's that mess man Like you know. No, man, we straight.
Speaker 1:That's it in there, man. That's all we say. That's all we say yeah I mean.
Speaker 4:I always feel, whether it's disrespect or you hyping us.
Speaker 2:I said it, I always say it in there Right, right, right. Hype me up.
Speaker 4:Let's give us our credit, whether it's good or bad, I mean.
Speaker 1:I know this fucking dumb song.
Speaker 3:I can see if we what that is, it'd be a malformation by Flippity. Oh, that's what he's talking about the song?
Speaker 4:I don't know the song. You say the song, I don't know the song.
Speaker 3:But you say you can put the song on the show no, no, no, I changed my mind me and you talking about that anyway our guest is getting bored, yeah but don't forget, man, this upcoming Friday it starts the 26, 26th of July we have the Sand Wars tournament.
Speaker 1:We will have Mr Movie himself and the Predators, the defending Sand Wars champion, in the back-to-back BFFL.
Speaker 2:It was the movie the Deacon.
Speaker 4:You got to tell what was his name Moosey. You got to tell Moosey.
Speaker 1:you changed his name because he's the same movie so anyway, there's a tournament, the Beach Soccer Stadium, by the bridge, by the Sydney Portier Bridge, I think. Friday starts at 7, and then all day, saturday and Sunday. So come on.
Speaker 4:I think it's $10 for adults. $10 for adults, $5 kids.
Speaker 1:And they already showed you. They got Julio, so Julio. Jones bringing his team down, so it could be a good one.
Speaker 4:It could be a good one. I mean, you have a team from Cayman on male and female side.
Speaker 1:And you have teams from.
Speaker 2:Freeport Abaco. I saw Abaco. So it's going to be good. It's going to be good. I got a question for you all, Lou, for the awards coming up with the boys.
Speaker 4:Your boy on the line, sorry.
Speaker 1:Who's my boy?
Speaker 4:Who, who's my boy.
Speaker 1:Who T-Man? Ah, I own him. I was I talk reckless to him 45, right, yeah, I talk reckless to him to try and bait him so he could play over me in a championship game, and he was scared. He's good. And he might have went because I had food poisoning. Fucking don't Popeye's, I'm not eating no Pope oh wow, I boy couldn't pop eyes Beep, beep.
Speaker 4:No, we ain't beeping that out.
Speaker 1:I boy couldn't pop eyes, not that one. I couldn't get pop eyes. That garlic parmesan wings had me beeping forever.
Speaker 4:I tell you, you got to learn the flu game from Jordan and that's why you watch a game you don't eat out.
Speaker 1:You don't eat out that picture with the dude saw me when.
Speaker 2:I was like leaning over by. So my question is did the Predators beat y'all or it was the refs?
Speaker 1:I think we beat ourselves.
Speaker 2:Okay, we didn't beat y'all.
Speaker 1:No, I think we beat ourselves.
Speaker 2:I mean y'all capitalize on our mistakes.
Speaker 4:Yes, y'all did.
Speaker 1:We beat our defense.
Speaker 4:Y'all capitalize on them.
Speaker 1:Our defense. Go on the game. They're drunk. Right Because if you see our defense, we was just…. We know that's the question that that was sent, I mean they can't fly Straight up.
Speaker 4:I mean, football is all about the one who made the least amount of mistakes. Y'all game plan perfectly. Y'all did that. Y'all game plan perfectly. We made more mistakes than you guys did and y'all capitalized on it, that's what I'm supposed to do.
Speaker 4:Y'all made good adjustments, yeah, like you all made good adjustments, yeah. So at the end of the day, I mean, like I always say I always I've been saying this on the show Right, one thing that you all did that I can give you all hats off to. In the first half, anwar beat Medea.
Speaker 4:Yeah, he beat he beat, he beat he beat Medea so bad that y'all saved, that y'all didn't tell second half to capitalize, to capitalize on it. So I mean, I don't know if it was planned or whatever or just so happened that it happened at the time, but it worked perfectly because at the end of the day, when we needed to get in the game, you know, y'all capitalized on it again.
Speaker 4:We made some mistakes. I mean you, you can't, you can't, you can't again. There was one play where I threw the ball to Kels and he dropped the touchdown.
Speaker 2:Oh my god, oh my god.
Speaker 4:I think Fahad or Anumad Wanda was running behind me and it was like yeah, that's how we know, you're only supposed to win this game. And I mean I mean at the end of the day, I mean it's true. I mean when you get your top receivers dropping balls like that and then literally you know in the gut yeah, so I mean that that that's not, that's not normal so I mean, if that happened and then especially as a quarterback.
Speaker 4:Now I gotta well it's hard, true, now I gotta come back here and I gotta dice, go through it again.
Speaker 3:But I mean again, it's been a big catch the game before.
Speaker 2:So my question is would y'all ever respect the Predators for what we've done?
Speaker 4:Yeah, man, we respect the Predators. We don't get attested. No, no, no. We respect the Predators, we do.
Speaker 3:We do respect the Predators, and that's why, when people We'll talk about when we didn't bring the Predators on.
Speaker 1:We had the Predators for three episodes last year. We had Rodney by himself, arnold by himself, and we had them together. We was like, oh, we don't bring the Predators on Two minutes, go to the champs.
Speaker 2:I mean, I thought when y'all had the MVP for the female it only makes sense to bring the MVP for the male.
Speaker 1:You know what I'm saying? How often you can break? We done had Rodney twice. We done had an animal twice.
Speaker 2:I'm talking about Nev. No, Nev will never be here.
Speaker 4:No, he's great, never why. You want me to say exactly why on the show?
Speaker 3:No, don't. No, want me to say why, no, we're not doing that?
Speaker 4:You can clip this oh gosh From.
Speaker 2:Nev.
Speaker 4:It's on site. It's on site. Yeah, oh, wow, straight up. This is my space Now, at the end of the day, I mean, nev is a sneaky dude. I mean, if you get something against me, say it to my face, Right right, right. That's just what it is. I don't believe in the…. I thought you were his boys, I thought so too.
Speaker 4:Let me fix that for you. No, no, that's exactly the point right there. I mean, if me and you talking to be cool with what's happening right here, I don't feel I should go behind your back or wait till you turn your back and be like we're coming niggas. You understand what I'm saying it is what it is. Face-to-face or behind the back, Me and Nev play freaking softball. Yeah.
Speaker 3:I know, I know what you're saying. So.
Speaker 4:Adena Damien. He's a sneaky dude and I don't trust sneaky people.
Speaker 3:I came into the league with Neville Right Me and him started with the Hurricanes together. A lot of people don't know that he's a cool guy. I like him, but whatever you know, that's their personal business. I feel like four dudes. Four dudes just ain't coming on the show, neville being one, bob being two, fargo being three, and your boy, your coach boy who, who you coach with for the Hawks? Oh, david, I don't see it happening. Get caught and then it can be on vacation.
Speaker 1:You have a panic room right here, See.
Speaker 3:Thank you I don't see it happening. No, because I don't see it happening, Because, Jay you.
Speaker 4:Again it's Jay be cool yeah.
Speaker 1:The same shit. I talk on this. I talk in your face.
Speaker 2:Face, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4:I mean talk like First things first and I Sorry to disrupt you done okay, I mean, my thing is what people don't understand is we've never had this for any league that I know about. They played in most leagues. Mm-hmm play in the basketball, they play in football, football leagues, softball, all those pool you. We don't have this right. So the problem is, people like to hear the good that they do, but as soon as you say the bad that they do.
Speaker 4:They now take it personal and it's not personal, Bro. I can be with a lot of things that we say on here.
Speaker 2:Right.
Speaker 4:Like I tell you, I mean a lot of these stuff either it's the stats or hey. Don't call my name, but I'll ask Jay why he always wearing shades.
Speaker 3:You can't get mad at me if I ask you.
Speaker 4:No, I'm just saying so you can't get mad at me if I say, hey, why are you wearing your shades? That didn't come from me, it just comes from a lot of the audience. Sometimes that's what I'm saying, but I mean heyats. When I started coaching them after the first game, I told them hey, the coach. Now, when I'm on the show, my podcaster whatever it says, I got to say it. So if you come out here and stink up the field, then no, I got to talk about you.
Speaker 1:Give you a flower.
Speaker 4:However you want to take it after that. I don't know about you, but I have to do what I have to do when the lines stink it up. You didn't imagine this. We lose on a Sunday, and then I got to come here on a Tuesday and talk about it. What the fuck? When I can recover, then I have to go and edit it to release it on a Wednesday.
Speaker 4:You understand what I'm saying Again. And then if someone come and they ask about it on the next show, then I gotta mention it again, like so we living in a double. You understand what I'm saying. So and all I always tell people don't expect me to pick against the Lions, don't care where we go, exactly you understand what I'm saying.
Speaker 2:I mean, it's off the motto okay, yeah, we won, we won the championship. It was all the refs, I was sick, I was tired, whatever it might be you were sick. Maybe you were sick.
Speaker 4:He said you have food poisoning. You just said it just now, so it wasn't that, that's what you said on the podcast. Man just now, it was a couple weeks ago.
Speaker 2:No you just said it. No, you just said it. You, what is it?
Speaker 1:but I still believe I mean I like how he's watching the show though.
Speaker 4:No, at the end of the day, at the end of the day, one thing we really was saying, because obviously we still got to play the game right, but there's no way and you correct me if I'm wrong right, if I had the chance to pick the referees for the game with the Hawks and the Wildcats, and how we won, what would you be saying?
Speaker 2:That ain't good, but at the end of the day, you still got to play the game. No, no, no, no, no.
Speaker 4:You still got to play the game At the end of the day. Look how it looks, right? You understand what I'm saying. First things first. It ain't about though. You got to again. There's no way, no time that I think. I think you're on fire, yeah, jesus, but we about to wrap it up right now anyway.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 4:So I mean, anyway, we get out of here.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we can wrap it up right now. I guess we eventually bring Jay on for, I guess, a part two soon.
Speaker 4:The movie.
Speaker 1:So again San Juan's this Friday, starting at 7 o'clock right at the Beat Soccer Stadium. We just want to, I guess, like a way to come. We just want to thank Jay for coming through. Congratulations again for back-to-back championship. Good luck in the Nationals. Keep that Shit. You got to bring that back to the hustle.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I mean yeah, free blood.
Speaker 4:I understand what you're saying talking to us all, yeah, I mean, yeah, free board win last year, last year, last time, so just keep it in our soul.
Speaker 1:We just want to thank everybody for listening. Thank you for everybody on the Tickety Talk Live. Thank you for everybody on the YouTube-ity too, If y'all like to be a guest on the show y'all have. If y'all can't talk about, all y'all wants was good and next two years y'all gonna be good and you're scared to say certain things. Yeah, you're scared to say certain things.
Speaker 4:That's why we try and then leave it, then leave it up to us yeah, then you won't bring your legal representative no, no, no, leave them home, leave them home, cause you ain't gonna be letting them get but I mean y'all don. But don't matter to me, and David, and Haji too, and Haji what's?
Speaker 2:going on Haji.
Speaker 1:Haji, curve the shit out of me, boy.
Speaker 4:That guy felt like am I Haji Haji fire before he's hired. But anyway, let's get out of this bitch man.
Speaker 1:Well, again want to thank everybody for tuning in and thanks to the boy, so you're going to take him. He had peace out. He was listening, he could represent it, but that's all I got to say Thanks for tuning in and we out, here we out. You see, baby.
